Authentic Piedmontese cuisine! We felt completely comfortable. Very tasty food. Good wine recommendation. Fantastic lemon ice cream. The espresso is the icing on the cake!

Based on the reviews we had very high expectations. We actually thought the food tasted very good. There is a deduction for the quantity - the pasta with ginger-lemon sauce was simply tiny (in addition, the entrecote was gigantic). So despite the starter and dessert I wasn't really full. There is a further deduction for the lack of vegetarian main courses. There are currently only two of these (apart from pizza). The service was very nice.

Totally friendly welcome and service, if you are in Cannobio you shouldn't miss this tasty meal. Homemade tortellini, 2x saltimbocca with salmon, tiramisu and panna cotta with 2 glasses of house wine and water = €85. Not exactly cheap and not something we would use often, but for the quality we are happy that we treated ourselves to it! Clear recommendation! Thank you for the successful evening!

Ich hatte ausgezeichnete handgemachte Ravioli die vorzüglich schmeckten und auf den Punkt al dente waren. Meine Begleitung hatte eine exzellente Pizza selten so eine Gute gegessen. Dünner Teig frische Zutaten mit knusprigen Rand. Als Nachtisch hatten wir Torroncino das auch sehr gut schmeckte.

Un restaurant que nous avions envie de découvrir en raison des commentaires flatteurs laissés sur le site. L'accueil et le service sont professionnels et agréables. La cuisine quant à elle est bonne mais n'a rien d'extraordinaire, nous nous attendions à mieux. Le limoncello offert en fin de repas est toutefois très agréable et nous laisse une note plus positive.

03/04/2024: I chose this restaurant after reading a lot of positive reviews, and I came away disappointed. The taste wasn't exceptional either, but it was still good, no worries there. On the other hand, in terms of quantity on the plate, I found it exaggerated. The pasta dish was very light. The pistachio cream dessert was really a creamy background on the plate. So the quantity/price ratio is really not great. Damage...
25/10/2023: Small (less that 24 indoor seats) and cozy with white tablecloth atmosphere. The food and service are top=notch. We both had an appetizer and a second course - in this case we went with the special, agnolotti with porcini sauce. It gets our vote for best ever rendition of a dish we have had many times. The wine list is a good one and very reasonably priced. We would recommend without conditions. Even in October, reservations are essential on weekends.

21/03/2024: Already well known restaurant in the past located in the center of Domodossola for a few years. Family-run, it has been able to give the right touch to every detail. Clean, tidy, very beautiful environment with attention to detail. Even the eco-sustainable ones which is not for everyone. Delicious menu for combinations, flavors and textures, and constantly evolving seasonally. Accurate wine list. Beautiful finely furnished veranda. Friendly welcome. Competent and capable staff, both on duty and in the kitchen! Worthy of note is the choice of raw materials, skilfully composed in a workmanlike manner in the preparation and plating, starting from the choice of the shape, size and color of the dish, the dish is enhanced by the aromas and color contrasts decorated with fresh sauces, flowers edibles that make the dish a ceremony from the eyes to the palate. The details that make the difference. Excellent presentation from starters to strictly homemade desserts. Fast, attentive and coordinated service. Presentation of the wine, opening and very professional tasting service. Prices that match the performance. Tip more than deserved. It is possible to park for a fee in the square except on Saturdays at midday due to the presence of the market where the center remains closed to traffic until the afternoon.
25/02/2024: Very nice place located in the center of Domodossola. very good food with particular combinations, but never wrong. Helpful and friendly staff. Ideal for spending time with friends and having a chat.
