Trattoria Centrostorico Pizza Piemontese In Bra

Not the best family lunch experience in this restaurant. One of the two waitresses is presumably a very kind and friendly cook, the other in the room I consider rude and almost annoyed by the presence of people in the room, not the best. My blue gnocchi were excellent, but a disaster on the risottos, especially those with wine and sausage, which arrived overcooked, with a polenta consistency, a good taste, but with two pieces of sausage despite the rather large portion. The veal with tuna sauce is good but not the best I've ever eaten, for goodness sake; the same goes for stew. Room furnished with wine cartons? I don't know if it's actual furniture or a way to disguise a storage unit but I think it's a questionable choice in my personal opinion. I honestly don't think I'll go back, sorry for the kindest lady.

We had the pleasure of tasting an excellent risotto with Nebbiolo and Bra sausage and two second courses of meat: truly generous portions, without detracting from the quality! The owner served us with kindness and professionalism. Last, a price below average if you look at the quality of the food.

Abbiamo passato il capodanno in questo piacevole ristorante. Personale molto gentile, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da segnalare i tajarin al tartufo preparati al volo!! Brindisi finale di mezzanotte gentilmente offerto dalla titolare. Brave!!

Excellent typical Piedmontese food

The venue is lovely. We ate well. Being vegetarians there wasn't a wide choice for us. (But we didn't book well in advance) Nonetheless, some good solutions were still found. We loved the tagliatelle with mushrooms. The quantities are average. The staff was very kind and we didn't suffer at all from the waiting times which weren't long at all. Good quality/price ratio.

Cibo ottimo, tutto molto buono. L'unica annotazione è che su the fork il menù degustazione è a 30€ mentre lì ci hanno detto che veniva 35€.

Deliziosa scoperta nel cuore del centro storico di Bra. Locale intimo con un'atmosfera casalinga. Menù e vini al calice segnati su lavagne, con il gessetto. La ragazza che ci ha servite, anche se al secondo giorno di lavoro, è stata cordiale e disponibile. La padrona di casa eccezionale, ci ha fatte sentire come a casa e ci ha fatto sorridere, sia in viso sia deliziandoci con le prelibatezze della cucina. Sicuramente da tornarci nuovamente appena capiterà di tornare nelle Langhe. Grazie ancora per il piacevole pranzo domenicale.

Siamo stati in questo locale e posso dire che ci siamo trovati bene. Posto carino, cibo buono e servizio del cameriere ottimo e molto attento. L'unica pecca è stata l'attesa delle portate, un po lunga e lenta, ma ci può stare visto che i cibi vengono preparati sul momento. Sicuramente torneremo e ve lo consiglio!

Excelente sitio típico de Bra, comida fresca y exquisita. Un vino de la casa digno de acompañar con la cena. Un lugar típico para visitar sin duda. El servicio muy bueno, el personal muy correcto y amable a la hora de pedir recomendaciones. Volvería sin duda.

Ottimo menù con porzioni abbondanti. Consiglio cotechino con fonduta. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Prezzo equilibrato
