Typical trattoria with truly homemade cuisine. The Aietana fusilli with anchovies and breadcrumbs are excellent. The pepper stuffed with sauce is also truly delicious.

Posto piccolo e accogliente, ottimo cibo casereccio e abbondante, ricco di sapori......anche i prezzi sono moderati, sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consiglio a chiunque si trovasse in zona, anche il titolare e molto simpatico e disponibile e alla mano!!!💯

Trattoria located in the village of Aieta, an unexpected surprise in the Pollino mountains a few km from the sea. Excellent traditional local cuisine, very good and appetizing dishes, courteous and kind staff, tables outside in the small square in front on a cool and breezy summer evening, more than fair prices. Highly recommended!!!

Here you will find all the flavors of the past, authentic and faithful to the traditions of the place. A novelty was the fusilli all'Aietana which I highly recommend trying. Friendliness and courtesy accompany you throughout your stay and you will feel at home.

Simple and easy-going restaurant, reminiscent of the places of the past with the flavors of the territory. The dishes are genuine and prepared. These are simple but with excellent quality. The prices are modest. The staff is welcoming and fast. Some dishes must be booked because they are not always available. Table reservations are also highly recommended as the restaurant does not have many tables.
