We have just returned from Easter lunch, the first positive thing is the à la carte menu, friendly staff, excellent lunch, perhaps a little cramped but the place is characteristic and does not lend itself to long tables but overall we had a good time. Fair prices.

Location graziosa e servizio efficace ma piatti non del tutto riusciti, anche se manca poco, con il giusto bilanciamento questo è il classico ristorante che farà il salto di qualità ma per ora è nella media. Polentina fritta come antipasto con un sughetto bello piccantino, come primi code di soreca ben riuscite mentre le rose di sfoglia con broccolo candito e arancio avevano un unico sapore in bocca che mi ricordava il natale(rievocazione di un panettone), sapore troppo intenso e se non avessimo diviso le portate difficilmente avrei finito quel piatto, per secondo guancia e non potevano mancare i tordi matti entrambi buoni ma sapore un po piatto, come contorno una cicoria fitta che era interessante ma non ha creato il cosiddetto effetto wow, cesanese del piglio nettamente azzeccato. A concludere i dolci e anche qui come in tutta la serata uno buono e l'altro meno Un buon rum a concludere il pasto. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto

We went to this lovely place for a family lunch. It is located on the main street of Zagarolo and in addition to the internal tables in the characteristic caves it has a pleasant external veranda. The dishes were delicious and the portions very satisfying. The staff were kind and attentive, Mrs Michela was truly welcoming and nice. Prices... human. Worth trying, we will definitely be back.

Found by chance but this place is LOVELY, professional and super kind, very good food. SUPER RECOMMENDED

Place located in the center of Zagarolo, you can easily park in the immediate vicinity. The proposed menu, of typical Roman specialities, is not very varied, but on the other hand the cuisine is delicious. I suggest the "crazy thrush", an ancient Zagarolese specialty, as a second course. Good wine list, excellent dessert (cake with warm chocolate heart). Standard prices. I recommend booking.

Chosen randomly for practical reasons for a small and short lunch break, in this typical trattoria we found courtesy and professionalism, a simple bruschetta (kindly offered), the long gnocchi with egg roll sauce were really excellent and very tasty, the two side dishes taken were good. Modest price. We will definitely be back to appreciate the cuisine even more. Thank you!

Giro a Zagarolo, Palazzo Rospigliosi da visitare. Poi siamo andati da Filù per pranzo, consigliato da conoscenti. Qualche tavolo a livello stradale poi una serie di piccoli ambienti con soffitti bassi ed a botte al piano inferiore. Antipasti di terra o vegetariani per cominciare, poi delle apprezzate Gricia e Cacio e Pepe. Abbiamo continuato con i rinomati Tordi Matti, involtini di cavallo molto buoni, e con della grigliata mista di carne. I dolci sono stati discreti. Complessivamente abbiamo mangiato molto bene, il servizio cordiale ed abbastanza rapido, conto corretto. Un ottimo pranzo.
