Homemade cuisine linked to the Piedmontese tradition, very tasty and simple. Very clean and tidy place, partly recently renovated, very fast service and available on the occasional request for an encore.

Una trattoria davvero carina, personale gentilissimo, piatti della tradizione piemontese...panissa vercellese superlativa, come gli agnolotti speciali. Soprattutto le porzioni sono abbondanti e il numero degli antipasti, tutti ottimi, rispettano la tradizione piemontese e monferrina. Assolutamente consigliato.

12/03/2024: Fantastic restaurant for those who love true Piedmontese cuisine and culture, simple and with a family atmosphere. I had dinner with agnolotti with brown bottom. Spectacular! Veal cheek with polenta cooked at low temperature. To fly away! The ladies who serve are very kind, authentic Piedmontese, they contribute to creating an authentic Savoy atmosphere. Try it!

31/03/2024: I've read all the reviews but they're a bit minimalist, I'm a former chef at home and when I was still walking I spent most of my time tasting their dishes and their wines, for me Chef Christian deserves 1 Michelin star.
24/03/2024: Fantastic, I can't say that something hasn't been up to par, the starters, the fried anchovies, the pasta, the wine, and what can I say about the meat... good, juicy and well cooked. And the treatment and attention are great. A restaurant to go and repeat. Mention the preparation of each of the dishes, and even the presentation.
