We went to this restaurant in the splendid Franciacorta area, there is a nice car park overlooking the vineyards but unfortunately at the entrance to the restaurant there is a synthetic green carpet that covers the entire outdoor area of ​​the restaurant... you would want to eat in the parking lot. Faded plastic tables and chairs... a dwarf... a vase-holder statue without flowers... a container of balls from the 70s... They welcome us and accompany us to the table, the decor is of an Italian restaurant style. ...red tablecloths with paper checks, wooden seats. The menu is well written but unfortunately that's all. Food without personality, tomino wrapped in lard with a poor truffle sauce. Fillet wrapped in the same lard as the tomini. Deer with polenta I refrain from any comments so as not to offend. The service is impeccable, indeed even out of place, they deserve to serve dishes that are up to their standards. You are in a wonderful place, with excellent local products. Use them. The house wine is the business card for a restaurant especially in FRANCIACORTA...Very high prices compared to what is served.

Osteria, trattoria, locanda, stakhouse! Ma andiamo per ordine, cibo buono, porzioni ottime e bella presentazione. Per gli amanti del foodspottig la felicità è servita. Io punto ad altro e devo dire che qui sono stato accontentato, in buona parte. A mio giudizio è l'esser ibrido del locale che crea confusione. Perchè tanti nomi si riferiscono a diverse qualità di cibo e vino e prezzi. Filetto con taleggio e cipolla €24 però il tavolo balla, coltello non da carne, bottiglia dell'acqua portata aperta. Qua si scontrano molte cose. Contro, presentazione bella, filetto portato sulla piastra, così a cottura preferita lo si trasferisce sul piatto. Forse il taleggio andava leggermente più sottile. Ma li andiamo troppo sul personale, ed il ristoratore non è un mago e ne deve sopportare. Non scordiamoci il personale all'altezza di quasi tutti i nomi dell'esercizio. Vini ampia scelta, non vi so dire se c'è la possibilità del vino in caraffa. Fermati per caso, durante una giornata di lavoro più svago. La sosta è stata piacevole. Nessun problema per i diversamente abili, non ho letto se ci sono problemi per i nostri amici pelosetti. Lo scontrino, per quanto riguarda la mia parte, primo €15, secondo €24 Quello che mi lascia perplesso è l'esser ibrido del locale. Troppi nomi, troppe speranze. Però alla fine, si esce, con la consapevolezza, di esser stati bene.

Due risotti stupendi con condimento di salumi del posto e due stracotti d'asino su letto di polenta compresi acqua, caffè e coperto 30 euro !!!!!
