When I visited here a few years ago, I observed that most of the local people came here to enjoy the food. I also came in to try it because I liked the food and atmosphere here so much. This time I took my family to visit this restaurant again. We We had a super pleasant lunch time. The locals at the next table were surprised that Cantonese people like us would know to come here. The food is really great and the environment is clean and comfortable. In fact, the store owner will be very friendly if we don’t understand the language. Warm introduction and recommendation, I will definitely come here again if I have the chance ~ Where can I die of thirst? 🥳😋😁👍👍👍

I stopped to try the tripe. Good food and more than fair prices. Service a little cold and environment a little dilapidated.

In via Pignasecca, questo piccolo locale serve trippe, lampredotto, ma soprattutto "o pere e o musso" ottima esperienza a prezzi contenuti nel cuore di Napoli

The opening time on Google Map is not accurate, the it's already about to close when we arrived at around 19:00. But the owner still offered to provide some "trippa al sugo", it was of very good taste and a fair price. Pleasant experience.

Luogo spartano, cibo semplice e verace ma ottimo e ad ottimi prezzi. Per fortuna sottovalutato da tutta la massa di tamarri che affollano tutti i locali recensiti da guide e YouTuber. Ho mangiato ottime trippe fritte e pasta con peperoni e alici. Non andateci, non rovinatelo!

31/03/2024: One of the best places in all of Portici and the entire province of Naples. The environment is super clean and the kittens are adorable. Both the owner and the other girls who serve the tables are uniquely kind and make you feel welcomed from the first moment. The menu (both that of desserts and that of drinks including beers and soft drinks) is very sophisticated, changes from time to time and above all all the ingredients and products are of certified organic origin. We can't wait to go back!
24/03/2024: Entering Gatò Bistrot means experiencing a 360-degree sensorial experience. The interior is well-kept, fragrant and extremely welcoming. The very kind staff makes you feel immediately at home, introducing you to the furry guests and explaining the menu! You can interact with cats, paying attention to the rules to leave them their quiet spaces. The food is delicious, with particular care and attention for vegan or lactose intolerant guests: you can feel that they are top quality products. Price normal for the service offered. I will go back with my friends!!

07/04/2024: Great discovery in the historic center of Naples. Top service and cuisine, moderate price, to do if you are in the neighborhood!
05/04/2024: The food is excellent, the menu is small and clearly seasonal which is always a good sign in the bigger tourist spots. We particularly loved the ziti alla genovese. EDIT: We loved it so much we came back over Easter. We had a pre drink at La Tupia across the road and were collected from there when our table was ready. 10/10 service!
