Excellent restaurant with fast and welcoming service, offers typical dishes, all very good. I recommend the cheese platter and also the cured meat platter and then the excellent carbonara and for the second course I recommend the truffle and mushroom stew. Price more than fair.

Organization for Easter Monday with 10 cum laude. No waiting, everything was perfect, food, hospitality, professionalism. We will definitely be back, congratulations to all.

Sicuramente "azzeccata" la formula del locale, che propone una cucina incentrata quasi esclusivamente sul territorio (aziende locali forniscono formaggi ed altri ottimi prodotti), e carni e salumi di produzione propria, che è possibile acquistare anche nell'adiacente bottega-macelleria, insieme ad altre svariate leccornie. Tutto questo fa ovviamente ben sperare sulla riuscita del pranzo, che a dire il vero ha soddisfatto solo in parte le aspetttive. Ben presentato il tagliere del salumiere, nel quale avrei sicuramente privilegiato i salumi ed i formaggi , peraltro di grande qualità, senza la presenza sovrabbondante di bruschette, zuppettine e legumi. Discrete la pappardelle al cinghiale, che preferiamo comunque "spezzettato" nel sugo, e non praticamente macinato come nel nostro caso. Molto invitante nell'aspetto la porchetta fatta in casa, cha presentava una bella cotenna croccante, servita con contorno di patate al forno. Non memorabile, ahimè, la grigliata mista, che prometteve essere il piatto forte: indiscutibile la qualità della carne, ma il maiale non è il manzo, e personalmente lo gradisco salato al punto giusto! La salsiccia di pecora poi, che aspettavo con grande curiosità, e giunta nel piatto praticamente cruda. Ragionevolissimi i prezzi, con circa 20-25 euro si mangia a sazietà!
