It's the best ever!!! Mirco makes you burst out laughing, he is a storyteller par excellence, between one course and another he really makes you laugh with happiness and then Tommaso who, despite being a polyglot, always knows how to tell you something, the food is of the highest quality and they explain exactly the labels of every single product, not to mention the mother, great pastry chef and everything. Staff who work there... A large gourmet bistro delicatessen where qualitative excellence meets imagination, try the salushi and you won't regret it or the famous stuffed focaccias... All very good... the off-menu items are excellent (homemade parmigiana in a double white and red version). The selection of cheeses and cured meats is excellent. Definitely worth trying the Salushi and fried panzerotti evening.

Il posto è piccolo, i commensali del tavolo accanto poggiano letteralmente schiena e capelli sul tuo, il menu è selezionato e non esageratamente vario, sfizioso, il personale veloce e gentile. Come prezzi, li trovo alti, sicuramente per via della materia prima di qualità (ottimo tutto), ma di fatto c'è poca cucina, è tutto un servire cibi pronti da mangiare, come salumi e formaggi. Il piatto forte paradossalmente a mio parere sono stati i fuori menù, tutta buona cucina da gustare, davvero notevole, perciò vi invito a chiedere sempre, anche se il servizio propone sempre tutto con cortesia. Alcune cose abbiamo dovuto chiederle più volte, ma penso facesse parte del caos del sabato sera. 4 stelle pienissime.

Prima volta a cena e son sicuro che sarà la prima di una lunga serie. Locale molto molto carino che ti fa sentire subito a casa o.meglio in cucina ,il titolare è molto preparato, ti consiglia dal vino al cibo ed è molto simpatico, tagliere di salumi e formaggi squisiti con confetture, dolci top, locale pulito curato e in una buona zona di bari,davvero vorrei dare più stelle per questo posto che merita tantissimo. 29/12/2023: English, Spanish and Italian: OK, the focaccia is totally memorable, as the name of this place says, but we were even more impressed by the sincere warmth we felt when we told the guy that we had just moved here permanently. We felt so genuinely welcomed! We spoke in our bad Italian and he told us he speaks Spanish and English like we do, so we mixed all three languages ​​and had a super fun conversation. Polignano a Mare has the kindest, warmest, friendliest happy people in the world! Can't wait to have more memorable focaccia and laugh with new friends! Well, the focaccia is totally memorable, as the name of this place says, but we were even more impressed by the sincere kindness that we feel when we say to the child that we are forced to change here permanently. We feel completely welcome! We talk in our basic Italian and we say that we speak Spanish and English like us, so that we mix the three idioms and we have a fun conversation!!! Polignano a Mare has the most lovable, kind and happy people in the world. I can't hope to have more memorable focaccia and be with new friends!
