Ended up there by chance. Service is courteous and super nice. Breakfast is plentiful and wide to choose from. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Klausen and the surrounding area. The whole thing is rounded off by a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The price is a little higher, but the quality is good.

We ended up stranded here by an unfortunate coincidence and were warmly welcomed. The two nights there were really nice. The service was great and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience. The town is marvellously beautiful and the top ski resorts are just half an hour ride. Hotel was newly renovated and well equipped. It’s really optimal for vacation cuz you basically got everything you need inside the hotel. But most importantly the people are really nice always there for you which gives you a mood like family. Highly recommended.( BTW I saw some people say it’s noisy at night which I don’t think is true This might the quietest village that I ever stayed)

Ci siamo stati su consiglio di un abitante del posto mentre da Bressanone stavamo raggiungendo Bolzano. Ambiente accogliente e famigliare. Ottimi sia i canederli che la Wienerschnitze. Nel complesso molto buono il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Consigliato a tutti coloro che desiderano fare una pausa di gusto e qualità.

Das Essen ist sehr ok, der Service ist sehr sehr schnell aber allerhöchstwahrscheinlich ungelernt!
