01/05/2024: In the past I gave 5 stars to this place but unfortunately after today's experience I want to recant. 1 May after lunch we go to the aforementioned place to drink a coffee and we see various lemon delights on display. We ask for two coffees and two delicacies which unfortunately are denied to us saying that they have to complete the blast chiller tour for another 40 minutes. Something like this has never happened in my life! If something can't be served, why put it on display!? What if it had been denied to a child or a pregnant woman!? Unprofessional attitude given the day of celebration and unfriendly towards the customer with total indifference. I hope those in charge think about it.
