30/03/2024: It was the first time but I think it will be one of the many times I come here. Impeccable service, very attentive to customers, kindness and friendliness. Unfortunately I have the problem of having to eat gluten-free, but here it wasn't a problem, my every wish was satisfied. In other places I have always felt like a burden, here it seemed normal to please the customer and be ready to prepare the food in a gluten free version. Space carbonara!!!! The spaghetti with clams and bottarga is very delicate but at the same time tasty. The dessert closes the dinner perfectly. What can I say, thank you for your availability and the wonderful experience

25/02/2024: Excellent restaurant! Excellent dishes. The desserts are also excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Menu prices in line with the Michelin star. Only flaw, wine prices too high.. Unfortunately, being in the historic center, it is difficult to find parking.

04/04/2024: Besides the fact we were waiting 10 minutes to get the waiter to come and take our order, they were friendly and the food was good. I got eggs and bagel, very nice and smooth scrambled eggs inside a soft bagel, but the egg was a bit tasteless. Better if you add some salt and pepper. Cappuccino good, small cup !

04/04/2024: The best breakfast in Italy! There are many food options, there are several healthy ingredients too such as oat flour, almond milk, etc. We recommend the pistachio pancakes, the California avocado toast, and they have very good coffee.

17/03/2024: Let me start by saying that I have been to Eclectique years ago and I particularly liked it, which is why I wanted to go back. The atmosphere is very sophisticated, calm. There is the bar area, where you can stay for an evening, and the restaurant area. I went for dinner and had the scampi crudité as a starter and the maccheroncini cacio e pepe revisited with scampi as main course. The scampi were good, but not excellent. The salt was too much and since they were not accompanied by oil or a sauce in which to dip them, it dominated the taste. The cacio e pepe is very good and I find the combination with the scampi tare tare very perfect, because its sweetness dampened the strong taste of the pepper, in fact for my taste I would have added more. To finish I had the tiramisu with coconut mascarpone cream, served inside a coconut. The plating was delicious and very beautiful, as was the case with the other dishes. I spent a pleasant evening and in general I was satisfied with the dinner, so I will gladly return to try other dishes! 😍

31/03/2024: Let me start by saying that my review is a bit particular because I DO NOT eat fish... They shouldn't even have let me in in a restaurant like this. However, with appropriate notice, the owners worked hard to please me as well as the other five people at my table. Excellent result, in particular the gorgonzola pasta, the best I've ever eaten. Instead, I report the opinion of the other diners who eat the fish and how... Absolutely satisfied, I would say. Compliments.

21/04/2024: Leider konnte das Restaurant unseren Erwartungen überhaupt nicht entsprechen. Der einzige positive Punkt war, dass das Personal freundlich war. Wobei wir auch hier einen Abzugspunkt hätten. Wir waren vier, wollten aber auf fünf erweitern, was nicht möglich war, weil wir kein Menü wollten. Obwohl genügend Platz im Restaurant gewesen wäre. Kleine Portionen, sehr teuer und äußerst seltsame Geschmackskombinationen. Ich hatte einen Branzino auf drei Mini-Spargel mit staubtrockener Paprika Mandelkruste und einer ungewürzten Joghurtsauce. Am Tisch wurde der Fisch zweimal nicht aufgegessen trotz überschaubarer Portion. Nachgefragt wurde nicht. Die Spaghetti mit Scampi waren mehr als al dente und kalt. Lobend können wir den Gruß aus der Küche und die kleinen Dessertvarianten erwähnen, nicht bestellt und doch bekommen. Sehr aufmerksam!

16/04/2024: Do NOT stay here if you sleep even remotely hot. Air conditioning does not exist in this ancient building. We got moved the first night since the AC didn’t work. Then the second room’s AC broke down throughout the 2nd and 3rd night and the only solution was a remote fan. Stay here if you want to pay a four star price for a two star experience. Staff were good but if sleeping without sweating profusely is a priority, go elsewhere!
