16/01/2024: I recently discovered this small shop in the heart of Crocetta... Excellent tea, wide choice and above all a lot of competence and kindness!! Recommended to my friends. Rating 10/10

26/01/2024: Very good pizza! I haven't tried the cuisine, but if there is an opportunity I would definitely try it. The service doesn't make you miss anything. The place is a bit small, but great if you want to eat a pizza without too much noise.

06/04/2024: The only positive thing is the room inside is beautiful, spacious and elegant.... Parking in that area is non-existent.... There was live music that was decidedly too loud that you couldn't talk at the table... Very high prices.. Burnt pizzas... Long waits to eat... If you go out to smoke they tell you where to stand... Electronics were smoking at the tables which shouldn't be... Snobbish people.... There is much better elsewhere with prices it's here

16/03/2024: They do not accept payment by card. The letter was incorrect. Three times we placed the order and there were no juices, green apples, red apples, or blueberries. More than an hour to serve us for a beer and a juice. There was no one.

11/02/2024: I booked for an eighteenth First hitch, the speaker for the music didn't work, half an hour to change the speaker but even worse, a freezing cold. Two heaters to heat a room at 13 degrees and girls dressed for the party The answer was this: the condominium turns off the heating at 5pm... I didn't want to cause controversy but I really believe that those who live in Piazza Vittorio don't have this type of economic problem... Apart from this, my daughter's friend gave a deposit in December to be able to have her party this Saturday evening... February 10th arrive early Place closed!!!! No one gave notice of the closure The girls and boys in front of closed shutters But the deposit was collected I won't add anything else I hope my friend proceeds through legal channels

Piatti buoni e ben curati Peccato per l’invasione delle cimici che volano attorno ai piatti e si posizionano su sedie e tavoli: rendono l’esperienza decisamente spiacevole. Credo che sia premura dei gestori curare l’ambiente e per quanto possibile optare per una disinfestazione!

08/09/2023: io e mio marito volevamo concederci una bella serata al lago. decidiamo di prenotare un tavolo per cena ma non troppo tardi per non trovare troppa gente... ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo vista lago stupendo... ma di stupendo è rimasto il lago! Ci hanno servito da bene e poi il nulla più totale! Abbiamo aspettato 1 ora e 20 minuti prima di chiedere notizie sui nostri piatti mentre i tavoli vicino a noi erano tutti serviti. Ci rispondono che 5 minuti e arrivava tutto. passati altri 30 minuti decidiamo di alzarci e andarcene. Andiamo alla cassa e troviamo la titolare che ci ha fatto pagare coperto e bibite senza neanche chiedere scusa. Può succedere che una comanda si perda o si ritardi, ma la cosa pessima è stato il comportamento della signora alla cassa. un "mi spiace" sarebbe stato gradito. comunque quella sera più persone lamentavano il servizio scadente.
