06/08/2023: I entered this restaurant for the first time in several years and was surprised by how much it has changed. When the store was new, it was bright and clean, with two pleasant young women working there. It was a lovely shop, with a lively atmosphere and delicious cheesecakes. When I visited this time, the walls and paint were peeling in places and the floor was covered in dirt. When I sat down, there was a pile of bread crumbs from the previous person on the corner of the table and the table top was sticky. There were paper and pens on the table and from the countless drawings hanging on the walls it seemed that they invited us to draw freely. This might be fine for families with children, but I don't like it when these things are already on the table when you sit down. It is messy and lacks a sense of cleanliness. The restaurant was dimly lit and when I looked, only one of several lamps was on. There was no air conditioning, so it was very hot and humid. The food wasn't bad. But the atmosphere of the restaurant is very bad. It's rare to find such a dirty restaurant. The menu is different from when the restaurant opened and the management may have changed. Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore. It's a shame because I really liked this restaurant.

06/05/2024: Having to cancel my reservation already paid in advance for 3 days at this Hotel, due to a death in the family, I also sent the death certificate, I was dismissed by the management in an offensive and shameful and disrespectful way for a family death, and without obtaining the refund of my money

08/04/2024: The restaurant would have closed at 3pm, but at 2.20pm it accepted our reservation anyway. When we arrived at our destination we saw that there was a generic fixed menu, without any particular descriptions. Being in a hurry to leave for Calabria, we asked, instead of the fixed and invariable menu, if it was possible to have just one first course, so as not to weigh us down and leave immediately. The waitress reserved the right to answer, until after asking in the kitchen. A determined "it's not possible" was expressed by her upon returning from the kitchen: Disappointed we moved away from the locole, in which we absolutely did not grasp the ancient and traditional Sicilian Hospitality, which everyone knows and appreciates!
