06/10/2023: We made a reservation in the morning and €80 were immediately charged on our credit card as a guarantee. At 5.50 pm. They called us there was a mixup with the computer. We were offered no real compensation ( a glass of Prosecco is no compensation for that price) an the have not returned the 80€ at this moment. So no reservation no dinner and no €80

27/10/2023: Non è la prima volta che veniamo al Fiorino d’Oro, sempre una bellissima esperienza. Taglieri buonissimi, affettati e formaggi strepitosi. Pizza molto buona. Se andate provate assolutamente il filetto alla Robespierre. I camierieri sempre gentili e disponibili. Servizio molto curato. Anche i dolci sono buonissimi 😋

12/10/2023: My daughter and I had a late flight back to the Uk. We’d been walking all day and needed a sit down meal and drink before heading off to Pisa Airport. The Fiorino D’ora restaurant was perfect. We sat outside and could people watch to our hearts content! We ordered a lasagne and pizza- both were fab as were the wine and cocktails. The service was 1st class, our waiter Saad, was helpful, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

11/02/2024: Dopo aver aspettato 20’ per avere i ns aperitivi abbiamo notato che la cameriera era stata colpita nel volto da una cacca di piccione mentre ci stava portando le patatine. Dopo circa 10’ ci sono arrivate le patatine ed abbiamo incominciato a mangiarle. Ho preso la patatina e fortunatamente prima di portarla alla bocca mi sono resa conto di avere le dita sporche di cacca. Abbiamo chiamato il cameriere per fargli notare l’accaduto e lui ci ha risposto che “sono cosa che possono succedere “. L’unica gesto che hanno saputo fare è stato quello di dimezzare il conto, non rendendosi conto della gravità di ciò che era accaduto anche dopo l’intervento del titolare. Sicuramente sono incidenti che possono accadere ma ciò che ci ha lasciato perplessi è la poca professionalità riscontrata.
