01/04/2024: …indecent and unexpected welcome from the girl at the reception now around 6pm.
My husband and I are regular customers at this hotel. We often go for coffee, an aperitif and sometimes even for dinner at the restaurant. Tonight, as usual, we parked in front of the hotel for a coffee and the receptionist ran after us to ask us questions, avoiding me going to the bathroom and forcing me to go to the bar side. As a customer and as a woman I felt offended.

26/03/2024: We went to eat pizza in a very noisy environment with music that was too loud, you couldn't even talk to the person next to you. At first glance, the pizza looked good but when it started to get cold, you couldn't eat it anymore.
