18/03/2024: We had dinner at this place and had a very good time. The typical dishes were tasty and the craft beer was really good. The environment was welcoming and the service was courteous. Recommended for a quiet evening and for those who love traditional flavours. We will definitely be back!

09/03/2024: Excellent venue in the center of the town with adjacent public parking. Very nice, warm and welcoming place. Staff immediately available, present and professional. The appetizers are excellent, especially the cold cuts and cheeses. Then the cut, it melts in your mouth. Large menu of special things at zero km. Meat cooked on the grill. The eggnog... lots of stuff... excellent value for money. I advise.

30/03/2024: I was a customer last night and I must admit I left a little disappointed. I had never been and the place was recommended to me by a friend. The waitresses were very kind and the place has a nice atmosphere but there were a couple of things that went wrong: - In a limited menu (understandable as it is) it is not possible for two dishes out of eight offered to have already finished at eight on Friday evening and this forced us to have an even more limited choice - The food turned out to be very good but very little. I took the pork fillet with plums which, although delicious, was not even half of what I imagined I would have been served. My friend's first course was the only dish with a good price/quality and quantity ratio. Overall it was a good dinner but beware of the issues listed above to avoid being disappointed

Impeccabili anche nel consiglio dell'abinamento dei vini, un menù creato con passione e ricerca per creare delle esperienze. Il servizio è nuovo rispetto a qualche anno fa, ma sposa perfettamente l'idea di quel che vogliono comunicare con il cibo: il ragazzo sa veramente fare di questo mestiere un arte. First courses at €5.00 and really good. coffee €1, why spend more? Kindness and professionalism, the best bar in Viterbo (I travel around the city a lot and I assure you that it is like this)
