04/11/2023: Nice and spacious cafeteria, it was warm.
There was a lot of offer in terms of pastries and cakes. The bartender was kind and didn't charge me for the cup of hot water.
I give three stars instead of 4 because they didn't have anything lactose-free. Anyone can eat a lactose-free cake and it lasts a few days.
I recommend it for those who don't have intolerances.

01/12/2023: From my albeit brief experience at this place I can only say without a shadow of a doubt...the Mantuan is like the fifth T of Cremona. Elegance, refinement, friendliness and beauty come together in a single score to act as the soundtrack to what is defined as the city of the violin par excellence. To use a metaphor to underline what was previously written, we can define the valance as the conductor of the orchestra.

Excellent service, the lady is really kind.
Good wines and coffee.
Nice seating area on the square, with lots of tables and comfortable armchairs.

24/10/2023: Well-kept pastry shop and café, friendly staff. I consumed an empty vegan brioche and a small barley: a shame that the brioche was empty, but it was already a surprise to find it at 11 in the morning. Prices are slightly above average.

Zero kindness of the staff
Usual sandwiches from the service station but the aubergines in my sandwich were inedible
There isn't even a table to lean on so either you eat standing outside or in the car
Very not recommended, don't stop

03/03/2024: Non ancora entrati nel locale, siamo subito stati assaliti per prenotare bevande ect.In modo frettoloso la cameriera ci ha portato via le tazze di quanto somministrato.Calma regass, relax !! Conto caruccio!
18/02/2024: initially everything was going well, the brioche and coffee were good and the environment seemed calm. it started to get worse when, in order to clear the table as quickly as possible, they started looking at us insistently and checking to see if we still had anything in the cups and frantically taking the stuff away, and we had been sitting there for about ten minutes. the real problem was when paying: a very grumpy lady at the checkout started treating us badly because we told her that we didn't know they didn't have separate accounts. this information must be communicated at the beginning, not at the end when I go to pay after consuming. my friends and I, mostly Turkish, were pressured to pay quickly because there were other people, complete with unprofessional jokes; in a pedantic tone the lady also made fun of the fact that the people I was with weren't understanding Italian and were having serious difficulty understanding what was happening. I don't think working with the public is the best idea for such an acerbic person. it's a shame because the place is very nice, but better a kind staff than a good brioche.

10/09/2023: Mi sono fermata con la mia famiglia presso questo bar per una pausa al fresco nella piazza del Comune.
Il locale ha la piú bella vista sulla piazza ma necessità di importanti interventi
SE,il caffé vuole essere elegante e servire bevande e piatti a prezzi elevati deve pero necessariamente offrire un servizio all altezza.
I tavoli,le sedie e le tovaglie sono molto consumate e mal tenute.
Inoltre il bagno (alla turca) é molto datato,poco pulito e quasi inagibile...
Ultima nota,viene chiesto il pagamento subito dopo aver ordinato senza ricevere nemmeno l'ordine...anche questo abbastanza di cattivo gusto in un caffé "elegante"
