08/01/2024: Visited with my husband & 2 boys who were initially disappointed there wasn’t any pizza on the menu but ended up having the best carbonara they’d had & tried some sea food too. The service was fantastic, good wine suggestions & kept topping our glass up before we needed to ask. Very happy family experience

10/10/2023: We stopped at this restaurant for drinks. O asked if they could make a boulevardier which so far in Sicily we had been unsuccessful. I showed Giovana the recipe and she ca.e through. In addition, she brought out delicious olives, parmachan cheese and cherry tomatoes on thin bread. We were so happy, we promised to return the next night for dinner. Dinner was magnificent. I started with peppered mussels which were clean and perfect. This was followed by swordfish steak and kingfish which just came out of the sea. This was certainly one of the best fish dinners of my life and the best meal of my nine days in Sicily. Giovanna was delightful. The service was first rate. Dessert was lemon granata with vodka and pistachio Gelato. Cudos to this restaurant and staff.
10/10/2023: Great restaurant with great service, wine & drinks. We had fabulous fresh fish, great wine. Our server was excellent. Great price point. We were off season but great selection.

06/02/2024: Sito lungo la via per imbarcarsi al traghetto , questa pasticceria rappresenta la tradizione sicula. Cannoli eccellenti sia da mangiare sul posto che da portare via (grazie al confezionamento). Ottima anche la cassata , molto buone le chiacchiere ripiene e i biscotti di frolla. Consigliato.

Un plauso soprattutto va fatto per le tante opzioni vegane (gelato , granita , brioches,piccola pasticceria e rustici fenomenali !) Allo Chantilly Cafè penso sempre e solo col sorriso ! Il personale è simpatico e cortese al massimo. Cosa chiedere di più ? Straconsigliato !

03/04/2024: Nice place, owned by an older couple who also serve themselves. Some of the food was good and tasty, but some of it wasn't at all. We had to return a pizza twice because the dough wasn't completely cooked through. A pity.

17/03/2024: After a few years we return here, on the Rimini hills with a beautiful panorama, which can be appreciated more during the day than in the evening. Change of chef and change of menu, à la carte dishes and three surprise tasting courses of 4,6 and 8 courses, the number of courses changes but the overall quantity remains identical and between the entrée and the small pastry shop you leave truly satisfied. Nice interior, perfectly integrated furniture with open kitchen on the ground floor, welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff without being excessive. The new menu has unusual or risky but excellent combinations on the palate, the chef is imposing a new path with flavors of Sicily, the land of origin. Homemade bread, breadsticks and bread rolls served with black garlic butter, very dangerous because it gets overwhelming. Entrée served on a steel vine, a good start in the variety of flavors. Mushroom cannoli with Jerusalem artichokes and Modica chocolate, good, perhaps too tasty. Double cooked prawn, extraordinary, beautiful flavors and combinations. Spaghettini with walnuts, razor clams, nettle and sumac, appetizing. Risotto with San Patrignano cheeses and mandarin, perfectly cooked, engaging. Croaker cooked on coals, a woody flavor that never tires... very soft, moist, excellent. Pre dessert refreshing carrot, basil and saffron ice cream. Sweet crème brûlé deconstructed with pecorino cheese. Courteous and attentive service without being invasive. To improve, the table linen which in a table of 6 like us was placed next to every two people, in addition to the collection of crumbs which must be done in a restaurant that aims high. Sore point, which I find very annoying, a mark-up on the wine list beyond any logic. Too bad, a really discordant note, and that's the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.
