13/01/2024: Following fragrant traces left in the alleys of the centre, I move to unknown places where I find new sensations mixed with existing ones. With this sense of olfactory upheaval I approach a small room created in the rib of a cinema. Maybe it's because of this or the morning torpor, like in a film I enter into the plot of cream puffs, coffee and.... The impact changes the script and I see that the shop assistants, like in a Fellini film, prepare the shop windows to go on stage . The cream puff looks at me and like in "Alice in Wonderland" says eat me. The crumbliness of the chou paste gives way to the creamy and not very sweet consistency of the chocolate. The clue leads me to investigate as in an Aghata Christie film and I soon discover who the director is. In an inlet created adjacent to the main room, an alchemist prepares his sweet potions according to local tradition. His advanced age and the lack of helpers remind me that he is like "The Last of the Mohicans". When it disappears, a taste that has told the story of Pisa for generations will be lost. I wake up as if from a Woody Allen film and with sadness in my heart I let the smell pass through my skin to leave a trace of itself. To be preserved

Il cappuccino è buone come la pasticceria, alcuni ingredienti non sono la scelta top in fatto di qualità ma il risultato è buono e i prezzi adeguati. I pezzi migliori sono le sfoglie (mela, riso) e i biscottini

15/02/2024: I bought the dessert for my birthday at the last minute and I must say it was very good. I also celebrated my daughter's baptism here many years ago and I have fond memories. I don't come often because it's a bit out of the area.

01/10/2023: Ad accoglierci un oste attento e premuroso. La scelta dei piatti è varia e accattivante. Antipasti ricchi, primi deliziosi e carne che si scioglie in bocca. Tutto annaffiato da un vino corposo. Da provare assolutamente.

19/09/2023: Il locale si trova in un caratteristico paesino tra le colline toscane. Accolti dal titolare, simpatico e alla mano. Antipasto della casa squisito, pasta fatta in casa, carne buonissima. Anche i dolci sono fatti in casa e si sente! Menù molto ampio, servizio veloce e prezzi onesti: vale la pena fare qualche chilometro, dalla costa, per mangiare qui, se siete amanti della carne/cacciagione. Consiglio la prenotazione

07/03/2024: The cleanliness behind the counter leaves something to be desired, rain water rains from the ceiling which falls straight onto the slicer.....poor hygiene
