07/05/2024: I was with my girlfriend for the May 1st long weekend in Umbria and having passed through Perugia we decided to trust this pizzeria. We took 2 savory Maritozzi, 4 slices of pan and a classic pizza. Starting from the two husbands (even if they were served after the pan because Andrea decided that way) the best was the one with caponata, the other with scampi and lime was anything but salty, it was sweet. among the pan pizzas we chose "mari e monti" a good combination but compared to the topping it seemed like we were only eating pasta, it was very often the slice. The disappointment of the evening was the contemporary octopus and potato pizza, the potatoes seemed to have been thrown there by chance, but then I didn't finish it because I found a piece of glass, he had offered to make it again but I wouldn't have eaten a whole pizza, it would have been It was a waste, we took two cheesecakes (which were offered to us). I gave 1 star for the service also because when I showed the splinter the waitress told me she couldn't see. I would have preferred if he had offered pizza rather than dessert. If you expect more than a normal pizzeria you have to be impeccable. I wouldn't recommend it.

05/01/2024: Non si può definire una cena. È un viaggio, un’esperienza meravigliosa attraverso sapori e consistenze a cui non siamo abituati, uno stupirsi ad ogni boccone. Pesce di qualità altissima, trattato e cucinato con una cura, un’attenzione ed un’innovazione difficili da trovare in giro. Servizio cordiale, cortese e mai invadente. Singoli piatti spiegati alla perfezione anche dallo Chef, che trasmette amore e passione per quello che fa. Ambiente piccolo, intimo e molto curato. Io ed il mio compagno siamo rimasti estasiati, mi avete fatto passare una cena di compleanno meravigliosa. GRAZIE!

07/10/2023: Mia moglie la bimba ed io siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante ed è andata molto bene. Avevamo l'esigenza di cenare rapidamente visto che la bimba piccola non resiste molto a tavola ed hanno subito compreso la nostra esigenza venendoci incontro in tutto. Menù degustazione base davvero perfetto, tutto squisito! Lo chef ha un gran talento ed il personale di sala è attento, gentile, disponibile e preparato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale, abbiamo apprezzato che ci hanno offerto il baccalà mantecato per la bimba. Buona carta dei vini, locale intimo e curato. Bravi, bravi, bravi. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo presto.

29/10/2023: Ormai sono tre anni e oltre che frequentiamo questo locale e abbiamo provato quasi tutto della loro cucina, dalle pizze straordinarie alle tagliate, dagli hamburger ai dolci, ai fritti, sempre accompagnati da un'eccellente selezione di birre. Emanuele & Riccardo sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, il locale è accogliente e fantasioso-ma-con-gusto. Ho portato amici e tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti. Continuate così, ragazzi!

10/11/2023: Di passaggio in Umbria abbiamo fatto una sosta nel magnifico borgo di Montefalco. Abbiamo pranzato alla Bottega del Bove e acquistato anche da portare a casa gli stessi prodotti. Formaggi e salumi sono produzioni locali. Ottima anche la proposta di vino e olio naturalmente anch'essi della zona. La qualità è davvero molto alta. Martina gestisce con passione e preparazione il suo bel locale. Una bella scoperta. Merita sicuramente una visita.

06/04/2024: The restaurant is located in the countryside, along Via Settevalli a few kilometers from the Fontivegge train station. In front there is a large car park, which however quickly becomes saturated due to the abundance of customers. The restaurant has several rooms, so there is no feeling of a very crowded place. The restaurant is tastefully furnished, with details that create a welcoming atmosphere, such as walls of exposed bottles and an antique slicer on display. The waiters are fast and very kind. The bathrooms are discreetly kept and are equipped with soap and towels, as well as - which is rare in restaurants - even hot water, which is much appreciated in winter. The equipment is made of fabric and the knives cut well. The menu offers various types of dishes and pizzas, which can also be ordered with the pinsa base. The pizzas have good dough, but rather small, oval in shape and not too seasoned. Prices are average in the area.
