01/05/2024: Nice place, welcoming staff and excellent service, but high prices compared to the quantity and above all the (poor) quality of the products: many are cheap, frozen and from large-scale distribution. We started with the fried mix, which costs €11 and is very poor, with 5 pieces of mozzarella sticks, 5 onion rings and 5 chicken nuggets, the chips (to be bought separately and not included in the hamburger) cost around at €4 and are small portions of frozen chips that you buy at the supermarket, while burgers start from €8. The possibility to choose vegetarian or fake meat burgers is excellent.

06/04/2024: Very spacious and unique place. My hamburger (with bacon) was good, while we weren't crazy about the chicken crunchies and pulled pork appetizers. Very fast service, we didn't wait long to receive food and coffees. Average prices. One negative note about the bathrooms, not all the doors locked and the drain in one didn't work.

05/04/2024: The burgers are fantastic. The Cesar's Salad is also hard to please, but you should really go here for a burger. The fries are awesome, more like really cross fried potatoes. Large selection of different craft beers.

29/03/2024: Excellent place to eat burgers and fries, very good meat and more particular combinations than the usual sandwiches. Nice and modern place, not too large divided on two levels in the center of Como. Fair prices for what you eat, recommended!

05/04/2024: Typical, beautiful and well-kept place. The top waiter, very knowledgeable and kind. Smooth service. I didn't find a good value for money with really small portions not to mention practically no side dish. Asking seven euros for those desserts is truly excessive, very normal both in taste and presentation. Our table was wobbly, the waiter noticed it and told us he would straighten it out but at the end of dinner the table remained as it was. Too bad, a lapse in style. Then well, you look out the window and you're on the canals, everything is forgiven.

02/04/2024: Top burger and delicious fries (air fried in my opinion). Forget McDonald's, here for 15 euros per person you can eat something plentiful, good and healthy. Advised

01/04/2024: We were in Pavia for a football tournament and we took the opportunity to eat at Smokey's. Nice, charming atmosphere. The menu is varied, but we went with the classic: giant hamburger and 500g Italian ribeye. The meat was perfect; sublime level of cooking, both for the rib and for the 400g hamburger. Sauces are available on every table. The service was slightly slow at lunch, but absolutely friendly and professional. The only flaw I found was the bottles of purified water. We sent 2 of them back because they weren't perfectly clean, or maybe they were just deteriorated. Even the glasses are a little "worn". The only flaw that does not in any way affect a truly satisfying experience. Also because eating excellent meat at the right price is becoming a challenge in Lombardy, and Smokey is absolutely the best place for quality/price. Absolutely worth visiting!

25/04/2024: Tonight I think I ate one of the best sandwiches I've eaten in my life, with really excellent meat. However, I have to give one star because in 2024 not being able to do separate or Roman accounts (even with paper) is unacceptable. In the end, after pointing out to the annoyed girl at the cash register that we didn't have the total amount in cash, she gave in and made us pay individually (treating us with discourtesy and disdain, with a pissed off face). Now, I understand if everyone wanted to pay with cash the fact of giving more change and running out of coins, but with cards this problem does not exist, and for a sandwich ranging from 25 to 40 euros it seems to me the minimum to provide an adequate service and treat customers with kindness... too bad
