Delicious food, abundant with fresh, quality products.
Cheerful, clean and, fortunately for them, crowded place.
Young, dynamic, polite and friendly staff, the owners are always friendly, cordial and kind.
Book or risk being left empty-handed.
I highly recommend.

04/04/2024: Would not recommend having KFC in Italy. Although the fried chicken is tasty, the portion sizes seem much smaller compared to KFCs in other countries (including the UK, Malaysia, and Thailand to list a few that we have tried). It's not a good value for money compared to say, McDonald's (just a personal opinion).
However, the bottomless drinks were a good feature.

06/04/2024: For its strategic position, they could give 💯, but they can't give you more than 30/40. They would need more staff downstairs, upstairs and some even outside. 🤷🏼♂️
30/03/2024: Terrible experience! We were treated very badly, they didn't seat us just because a friend of ours hadn't placed an order. Total disappointment. Too bad we can't give 0 stars.

06/04/2024: Unfortunately the food was good but insufficient and expensive, miserable lunch dishes, €1.8 cover charge and there are no tablecloths, not even bread and breadsticks. €15.9 for 4 pieces of meat, 4 potatoes and 3 croutons, small drink and coffee. There are places that definitely offer more during lunch breaks

01/04/2024: This evening I was refused an order at mec drive just because there was a 60 euro order in front of me while waiting in line for free. And it wasn't even closing time, there were still 5 minutes to go.

At 3.70 I received this.......
31/03/2024: Visited on New Year's Eve 2023 and everything ok.
The positives are that they were open, to begin with, then that the food was very good (not in all McDonald's it is...), that it wasn't overpriced, as it usually is in large station McDonald's, etc., and that the staff were quite friendly and helpful, even though they were working on the last day of the year.
The only slightly negative thing is the fact that they put ice (which creates volume) and, what's more, they don't provide a straw, unless requested, so you can't drink because your teeth freeze...

12/01/2024: Personale lentissimo, per 2 cappuccini e 2 brioches abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti e nel locale c'erano 4 clienti compresi noi. Altre volte siamo stati qui e nei menù mancava sempre qualcosa.

31/03/2024: Very poor quality of the dishes: sliced chicken (not fresh and a small quantity) frozen with two and I mean two tomatoes with three rocket leaves; as a side dish 20g of spinach and ribs that tasted like plastic; there wasn't even any bread on the table. All obviously pre-packaged and vacuum-packed. Never again
