24/03/2024: We stayed overnight in the Palmariggi area and they recommended this place to eat... in fact I was satisfied! Reasonable prices...I ate the Salento pucce and it was good.

17/02/2024: Update: They are still the best pizza and panzerotti in the area, three years after the previous review. Plus the novelty of special doughs like the one for medpizza... truly phenomenal... I take it topped with a mixture of mushrooms, truffles and caramelized onion. It goes very well with the flavor of the special dough. Three years after my move to Salento, I lamented the absence of a rotisserie with pizza by the slice and fried foods, a bit like those found in abundance in the Foggia area and on the Gargano. Well I finally found it in Palmariggi but in a gourmet version. The place is really nice and done with style, so it's also pleasant to eat on the spot. I ate the gourmet version of the fried panzerotti and they were delicious, the dough made really well. The pizza by the plate was light and digestible, the pizza by the slice was excellent as a snack while waiting for the panzerotti to be made. All express and all with quality products. They are a friendly and smiling family. And let's not forget the craft beers made directly by Giulio! In short, an experience to try and repeat!

07/10/2023: Sensational... A place different from what you see in the area. The quality of the food is excellent, the choice of beers too. The location, with attention to detail, totally reflects the food offered. One of the few places to serve a "welcome snack". Fair price.

25/03/2024: The best place we were in Monopoli. The waitress was very nice and spoke English well. Despite my many allergies, I was always able to eat delicious food, they solved everything, and I was never sick, so I can definitely say that everything was prepared with the utmost care. If we go there again, we will definitely visit the place again!

06/04/2024: Fantastic environment, Adriano, the owner of the restaurant, is a person who will welcome you and make you feel at ease, giving you the opportunity to take a step back in time, being able to savor tasty dishes with the possibility of choosing the music that will accompany your gastronomic experience (virtual juke box). Seeing is believing!

17/03/2024: An innovative and quite beautiful place, lacking in size. Beautiful lights and atmosphere and the possibility of inserting your own songs. A really sad point is the exaggerated prices for the true quality of the food. Lots of other places with superior food and modestly lower prices. Non-existent burgers under 10 euros, prices up to 13.50 and above. I think the waiter robot was out of order, as it was stacked in a corner. In short, a place worth trying for its new features, but prices outside your budget.

24/02/2024: Il cibo è davvero buonissimo, ma l’organizzazione è davvero pessima. Staccano il cellulare e non c’è nessun verso di prenotare(almeno di sabato), mi è capitato già due volte di recarmi a specchia (perché ahimè non sono del paese ) per poi ritornamene perché o non c’è posto , dato che la maggior parte delle volte è pieno ,o perché non dispongono dell’opzione asporto . Mi chiedo come fa la gente a prenotare di sabato ??? Basterebbe solo rispondere al telefono, almeno la gente eviterebbe di venire inutilmente .
