06/09/2023: Informal, nice and very sophisticated place, quite crowded, we waited about 15min.

05/09/2023: Positive experience. Even though it was full, the kids did their best. A little confusion in organizing the tables, but they manage to please everyone, with kindness and availability. Excellent food. Their complete dishes are rich. Definitely coming back.

29/03/2024: We were here for a child's birthday. Small cinema room where children can watch 8D films. There is another room with light games.

28/03/2024: I stopped by alone one evening, I ate a good double burger with a bottle of sparkling water. Large and welcoming place, at the time I ate it was almost empty. I think I'll stop by soon, as soon as I get the craving for a sandwich!

31/03/2024: It's really bad for such a big brand to make such food. It all feels like a pre-made dish. The meat in the burger has no texture, the bread is not fragrant, and the fried chicken is fishy on the inside and not crispy on the outside at all.

21/03/2024: I celebrated my son's birthday 10 days ago. The children aged 7 and 2 had a great time.... Everything would have been perfect for me too if I hadn't found the staff on the wrong shift. During the booking process I found a different, clear, professional and courteous staff. Specifically a boy with tattoos, but he wasn't there on the birthday... Unfortunately there were two girls who were tired, rude and in a hurry. Operator 4022... they immediately categorically refused to show the film in 8D to the children with the excuse that there are only 2 of them, and that it's not possible and that's it, in an overbearing tone of voice, without even looking me in the face. I had to insist on something that was already included in the menu... Afterwards they turned the omelette around telling me to let her talk, and that if another colleague were to arrive they would put on the film... so it was. Obviously they didn't want to add the extra even though the children wanted it so much... With the same motivation, few available staff... As if it were my fault 🤷 there was another customer inside the place and that's it... ... I asked for 6 sauces, the same operator, that is, a short and sad girl.... She brought me 18 sauces because that's what she decided, for a total of around €20 🙃 I had more sauce than food 😝 I immediately thought that they were part of the menu... How silly.... I made it clear as soon as I arrived that if anyone were to order anything extra they had to pay for it themselves. Instead this girl made me pay, telling me that they were part of the birthday... I told her if she remembers how we had agreed before, she said yes but since they are part of the birthday I have to pay 🙃🙄 and that if I don't It's better if I tell the kids to pay for what they got as extra. So according to this girl, anyone who said it was part of the birthday could take the stuff at my expense, even though I had specified from the beginning that everyone pays for what they take, and that I pay for the children's menus and a €20 menu for the adults. . This operator shouldn't have to deal with people, he shouldn't work in a fast-food restaurant... At most in the kitchen, but not even there as it's very slow. When I asked her why I have to pay more than what I am entitled to and to explain the items on the receipt, she told me that she didn't make the receipt, and that I have to pay that and that's it... The cake is big and delicious. If I had found the right shift everything would have been perfect... But I wasn't so lucky

04/04/2024: I really would like to give zero, but it's not possible. Not recommended until the very end! Staff shouting at each other all the time they disturb and customer! Burnt chicken sandwich Really rubbish! Thrown in the garbage! Empty place at midday had to be expected as people don't go there! I went to McDonald's which was extra full!!! Truly disgraceful food and those employees it seems like it doesn't have a manager!
