06/04/2024: I don't really like dining out, having decent culinary skills, I'm not easily satisfied, now I only go to two or three restaurants, which have a remarkable ability to amaze me with their delicacies. The Braceria Caputi is part of this very small number. With their extraordinary appetizers and the goodness of their meat, they won me over🤤🤤🤤🤤. When I want to rediscover the ancient Apulian flavors cooked directly on the fire🔥🔥🔥, there is no alternative. Then the empathy of Franco Caputi👏👏👏👏, the professionalism of his collaborators, act as a glue to spend an excellent evening🍾🍾🍾🍾🥂🥂🥂🥂, such as to be repeated with pleasant assiduity. Well done, well done, always keep it up🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you for being there.👍👍👍👍. One last detail, the Cervellara sausage and the whole selection of meats is exceptional 🤤🤪🤤🤪🤤🤪🤤🤪

28/01/2024: Qualità della carne sufficiente anche se scegli senza sapere il costo ….gestione del servizio approssimativo come anche nel fare il conto eravamo cinque ed abbiamo pagato x 6,c’è sempre errore nel conto finale e’ la seconda volta …ed ultima.Sono dovuto scendere per fare altro ordine ed una volta arrivato giù mi hanno detto che potevo farlo su al cameriere….lo stesso che mi ha detto di scendere.

Molto costosa coperto 4 euro come se fossimo a Montecarlo e servizio pessimo
