07/04/2024: The locole is located on the road between Marchesane and Bassano. It has a few parking spaces and inside there are a few tables for dining.
The staff is friendly and kind and the sandwiches like the meat are good.
The price is normal with other similar places.
I recommend trying it
01/04/2024: One of the best burgers i had in a whole, Bun very soft and tasty, meat very well prepared and cooked, medium/rare, sauces as well. I had Smoked House Burger and was amazing and of course i tried Carbonsra burger as well, very interesting (i took my salad off). Nice place, small, deff worth going fir burgers

The prices are definitely above average despite a gourmet menu with excellent plating and flavor combinations. The four stars are due to the fact that you cannot order a plate of it for €18 and not first have information that the hamburger will be just seared (the meat inside was really raw): the overall taste (excluding the hamburger) was excellent, but the meat if it is not cooked in a standard way (it remained in my stomach) must be communicated

24/03/2024: Be careful!! if you book for a certain number of people and someone doesn't show up (1 person is enough) they will make you pay the cover charge even for the people who are missing!
It happened to us on a Saturday evening, a person from the company didn't show up because she felt ill, when we go to pay the bill we also find the cover of the person who was missing and asking for explanations the cashier, very rudely, tells us that no we had warned and that it was a matter of respect, we explained that the person had felt ill and he replied that everyone says that, it's a shame that the person who was missing has an illness that can sometimes cause illness at any moment, he talked a lot about respect, they must also have respect and fairness by warning at the time of booking that if someone doesn't show up they pay the cover charge for the missing people, if they had told me I would have called even 10 minutes before but that wasn't the case it was, therefore there was no correctness on their part!

23/03/2024: Unfortunately, it pains me to write this review. For years, this place has been a regular stop. Today I called to book a table for 3. The only difference compared to the times we came before is the presence of a cute small dog used to frequenting any place. When I asked if I could bring him, I was told that dogs are ABSOLUTELY not allowed in the restaurant as there is a buffet, as if the dogs served themselves or were free. In 2024 I think it is almost Paleolithic to refuse entry to a small dog, an integral part of the family. Now I wonder why you don't let in a dog that is part of the family, why are children always allowed in despite the fact that they may make more noise and annoy them more than a dog that sleeps under a table?
This was a provocation, but I'm only saying as advice EVOLVE, you are light years behind. To never again! Shameful.
Although the meat is spectacular and the food excellent.

02/04/2024: The right place to enjoy delicious typical food. Comfortable environment, it almost felt like being at home. Good price. Helpful and well-trained staff. The only flaw was the final coffee, I would say it was difficult to finish it, otherwise a really positive experience.
24/03/2024: Nice and typical place. the red wine was served cold. First courses were very good. The cut was not very tasty. For the second there was no more bread for everyone. Rude waiter. I don't recommend at all.

23/03/2024: One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The meat is very tasty, cooked to perfection even without any particular seasoning.
They gave us samples of patanegra lard on a small square of focaccia, and they were amazing.
Next time, I'll come back to try the pizza.
16/03/2024: The place is recent and modern, the meat quality is excellent but the menu is limited and the prices are a little high, the desserts did not surprise us at all unlike the meat. You can perceive that the staff puts passion and knowledge into it but the service is not up to the price.

25/02/2024: Bella gita a Bassano,ponte degli alpini stupendo città carina da visitare ma soprattutto da gustare,non potevano andare via senza mangiare "bigoli" de bassan,per questo motivo siamo venuti da Alice, qua' si mangiano ottimi bigoli con ampia scelta di condimento a porzioni XL,fanno anche molta carne ma dopo aver preso anche costine BBQ eravamo pieni.servizio tutto al femminile molto veloce e sbrigativo,nota importante prezzi molto buoni,consigliato anche perché limitrofo al centro!

A pranzo scegliamo il Roadhouse.
Locale bello e personale gentile.
Gli hamburger sono buoni, però in proporzione al prezzo sono davvero piccoli, e se vuoi le patatine extra.
Peccato.

30/03/2024: I don't know who runs the place in Thiene. It certainly has huge staffing problems. I arrive, I go to get something at the bar, it was early, not many people. 4 people behind the counter… on the phone. I order and the bartender, dressed like when you go to the garden, tells me that I have to go to the cash register. The speaker is 40cm from me. I ask if the cashier, sitting at the opposite register without people and on the phone, can come and annoyed she arrives. I go up to the club, no one, a girl drops a glass of coke on the bar seats and apologizing goes to tell the bartenders and they, strictly on the phone, hand him a piece of paper 😳 €3 for a cover band 😂😂 well, it will be the world today but in this place they will never see me again.
24/03/2024: All in all we had a nice dinner: as soon as we entered we were welcomed with open arms by a young and affable staff who led us to the table.
Once we had put our minds at rest, we ordered the dishes from the menu that can be scanned via QR code.
The essential strong point of the restaurant is the speed with which customers are served, for five people it took approximately ten minutes, a record time for a restaurant of such prestige.
Menu full of masterly options, among these I highly recommend the "Chicken Nuggets" and the "Classic Burger", underlining the excellent cooking of the burger.
It is necessary to point out that the Burgers are served with a relatively large portion of french fries accompanied by pink sauce.
Prices consistent with the impeccable service offered.
Excellent choice if you want to enjoy an interactive gaming experience during dinner; Remote controls are given to each table, these allow you to participate in a general knowledge quiz projected on the numerous televisions available in the room.
Postscript: Separate accounts are not usually made at the checkout on weekends.

24/03/2024: Poor food, in the sense that it had no taste, on the other hand the bill was very salty. The staff are very kind but they need to advise better, especially if it is a new customer.
21/03/2024: Sunday 17/03/24 we had dinner on site... Quite a negative experience given the simple facts: very small portions and not proportional to the price, I ordered a tartare burger and for goodness sake the taste was very good but the bread was so hard that I couldn't neither cut with the knife nor bite it because it slipped, but the bad part is the sharp piece of plastic about 2cm that I found in my mouth which if I wasn't someone who chews food very well I would have really hurt myself. In short, I don't recommend it to anyone also because I pointed out the fact of the plastic saying that it was very dangerous but nothing, at the time of paying not even a "sorry" we heard, and €80 for 2 sandwiches, 2 beers and 2 desserts seems a lot to me ...
