11/05/2024: i ALWAYS leave a tip to the restaurant after a meal/drink - ive been working in gastronomie for 10 years but yesterday evening i couldnt bring myself to do it. maybe our waiters had a bad day, maybe too tired, maybe stressed with tourists but i have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful waiter. he ignored us for 10 minutes, when he took the order he barely looked at us. i had the feeling him and his colleuge were laughing about us, but i cant be sure as i dont speak italien. he barely said a full sentence to us for the whole sitting until the very end when he brought us the check and told us that we can leave a tip if we would like to. i almost did in the moment but im happy i didnt. pizza was great and the rest of the food we ordered was great but we left feeling like we annoyed them all just by wanting to try a well known restaurant. dont hate tourists. it will be someone like me swrving you your food when you go on holidays and i would never treat you differently for that!

11/05/2024: Eating a real Margarita pizza is possible here. That was the tastiest pizza we've ever eaten, but what you get in Germany is absolute crap. Mille Grazie

06/04/2024: I hadn't eaten a PUOK sandwich in years, and I must say that it didn't disappoint me. I had the Gomu Gomu, a sandwich with pork belly, teriyaki sauce, cashews and various types of cabbage, and I found it very tasty; price perhaps a little higher than average (9 euros) but it's okay given that the ingredients are of quality, a bit of a long wait due to the usual very long queue. I will definitely go back.

02/04/2024: Entering the vibrantly colored and branded place, we experienced Puok Burger for the first time and were extremely satisfied. We ordered two Los Pollos and they turned out to be simply delicious. The sandwiches were generous and well balanced, with packaging designed down to the smallest detail, from the tray to the wax paper that wrapped the sandwich. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves quality burgers. The staff at the counter were extremely friendly and polite, which made the experience even more pleasant.

03/04/2024: On Monday 1st April it was 8pm, there weren't many people, there was who knows what kind of mess so the staff wasn't under too much pressure, they seemed to be working calmly, I approached one of the cash desks to get some tickets, there was a lady with short hair she must have been between 50-60 years old seeing her with a slightly irritated and nervous look, so I approach with a bit of shyness "hello good evening, is it possible to get 4 tickets for the film etc..?" She says to me "ARE YOU NORMAL?!?!". I was astonished and tried to understand and asked with a "why" face? And she with a fake laugh and that always pissed off look said "no, I was joking, tell me, after having taken the tickets, a girl was needed after me who had left the room for a moment. always the same lady had to give her some popcorn and to get the girl's attention she practically shouted at the girl "heiii tuuuu heiii heiiii". It's a nice cinema but the staff doesn't like going down to work on public holidays that he would stay at home "I'm only talking about that lady if someone comes to the checkout and says hello good evening to a customer you can't reply "but are you normal? After we consume 130 euros worth of stuff including tickets and other things but apart from that it's not the right way of working

03/04/2024: Attentive and kind staff. Cleaning and paid parking in front with only 2 euros for three hours. Wide choice of films with 11 theatres.

06/04/2024: The fried foods are light and rich in flavour; the fried cod is particularly good. It's magic! Seafood pizzas are a happy combination of ingredients, original and well balanced. The service is attentive, attentive and friendly. Excellent value for money.

04/04/2024: Quiet, clean and tidy place. Service too fast to have time to taste what is on the plate. My classic montanara absolutely tasteless and insipid. The garlic hastily fried in almost non-existent oil failed to flavor a classic of the Neapolitan tradition. The crocche' breaded in flour alone disappointed me due to the sidereal distance from the classic panzarotto which boasts pepper, parsley, etc. etc. Saving comments on the price paid.

12/05/2024: Excellent margherita pizza, appreciable assortment of beers, delicious desserts. Impeccable service, nice environment. Highly recommended

12/05/2024: I recommend taking the Bucatini omelette, truly excellent, especially the breading. The crunchy GARLIC AND OIL one leaves little to be desired. For pizza I recommend the ham. The service leaves a lot to be desired. We were a table of 5, they delivered 4 pizzas, the last one (a normal pizza) they delivered at the end when the 4 had already finished and in the meantime they delivered to the tables that sat down after us. The worst thing, when we pointed it out (waiter and cashier) tried to justify themselves in every way in the end by saying that the cause was that we had chosen the gluten-free pizza when it was the first to arrive. But they wanted to be right without accepting the mistake they made, so we will have accepted, also because those who work make mistakes, those who don't work never make mistakes. Instead they wanted to pass us off as "adolescent kids who were just starting out". I didn't like this at all. Hoping for future customers, if they read, they will understand the mistake so as not to repeat it.

09/05/2024: Very nice pizza, the service was so kind, but the chairs and the tables are in a narrow downhill. The best of all was the cold draught beer.

08/05/2024: I ate the worst carbonara in my life with soft guanciale instead of crispy. Half an hour after eating the meal, I was urgently looking for a toilet due to stomach problems. We also ordered gluten-free pizza and my partner wasn't feeling well either. We definitely do not recommend it!!!!

06/04/2024: Frustrating. I read the reviews and it seemed like an excellent option. However, the dough was raw and the filling tasteless. One of the mpozzas we ordered was 4 cheeses and I liked cornstarch. I never imagined that a pizza in the city of Naples could be so bad. Garcom was rushing us to choose quickly. I didn't even have time to read all the options. I don't recommend it under any circumstances.

06/04/2024: We had a very bad experience in this place, the pizza was soggy and without taste, they charged us the "cuperto" without bring us anything extra. Despite the good reviews we definitely do not recommend this place for any tourist.

05/04/2024: Exquisite food and kind staff... I recommend the Risotto Delfino to everyone, their signature dish! I also highlight a wide selection of wines and the view of the Gulf of Naples which made my lunch even better

05/04/2024: The best restaurant in Sorrento! Very delicious food, very friendly and attentive staff and very nice place. Gnocchi alla sorrentina and ravioli were my favorites. I will return yes or yes 🙌🏻🛵🍋

05/04/2024: I can't recommend this place enough. The food, service and atmosphere are all wonderful. We stayed in Sorrento for 7 nights and ate here for 3 of them! The staff are warm and welcoming and determined to ensure you have a great experience. The authentic local dishes are generous and very, very tasty. As for the atmosphere, all you'll see is smiles all around. And all this at very fair prices. What's not love? We will definitely be eating here again next time we're in Sorrento.
