Very good food and prepared with very refined taste. Precise service, beautiful environment but in all this the prices are absolutely affordable in relation to the quality! Highly recommended!

Bill slightly above average but absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

26/03/2024: Very friendly Osteria Cavese with friendly staff and excellent food. Simple and well cooked dishes. It's like being at home. Excellent value for money. For me always a guarantee. I love pappardella with lard and potatoes, the super starter and the meat.

06/04/2024: Hello, let me start by saying that I have been to this restaurant twice but several years apart. The last time I was there, it made a good impression on me except for some shortcomings in the service, unfortunately the last time it must have also been due to the presence of a baptism but really all kinds of things happened. Before starting with the actual review I would like to specify that there were about 15 of me and my family in total and we basically tasted the entire menu. I'll start by saying that the location is quite simple, informal and all in all I would also say quite nice of its kind. Parking, decidedly small to accommodate all guests. In fact, we arrived at the restaurant first and halfway through lunch we needed to get the car, however, it was literally blocked by at least 20 other cars (that's why we didn't even think to ask the parking attendant). Food: all in all average or just over 7/10, the only sore points from this point of view were: - the aubergine parmigiana, literally tasteless; - pasta and potatoes which were truly TERRIBLE both in terms of preparation and technique; we really weren't there; Positive notes, I found their tuna really very good, 8.5/10, I would only recommend this since it is the only thing that really left me pleasantly surprised. - although I would like to point out that out of the 5 courses with the aforementioned tuna, only 3 were cooked to perfection and the others were decidedly overcooked; Service: Unfortunately, some good things happened, I can understand some errors along the way, but that day there was literally CHAOS. - despite having specified it several times (to the owner) several first courses were brought to us unsolicited (here's the terrible pasta and potatoes I was talking about🥲); - very often the dishes were served without all the necessary cutlery; - the owner himself was a bit grumpy towards us despite the mistakes he had made; - we took all the desserts offered and the general average is 6.5/10; I could go on with a slew of negative things that have happened but I prefer to leave it at that. In good faith of the "first visit" although many years before, I prefer to think that it was just a bad day, even if in my opinion, it is unacceptable also and above all for the prices offered. In general, I don't think it's worth returning to this facility and/or going there on purpose, but if you're passing through the area, maybe yes. PS: After reading some reviews, I would also like to point out unprofessional behavior of those who manage the page/owner regarding some decidedly unprofessional comments towards customers.

30/03/2024: Dopo un po' di tempo siamo tornati da Prisco.. prenotato tramite app, subito accomodati di venerdì sera, qualità e servizio sono sempre al top. Ottimi gli sfizi misti senza glutine ( patatine provola impanata supplì panzarotto arancino pistacchio e mortadella) idem la margherita s.g e le due pizze Chanel e Cilento 081 approvate da " Gennaro " . Servizio attento e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente.

30/03/2024: Ho apprezzato l'evidente sforzo della proprietà di fornire un servizio veloce e ben organizzato ma, a mio parere, su alcune cose bisognerebbe correggere il tiro. Servizio veloce, antipasti ottimi, pizza e panzerotti buoni come cottura e varietà ma ho trovato l'impasto un pò pesante da digerire e le pizze rosse potrebbero essere più saporite usando un pò di pomodoro in più. Il menù solo on-line non mi convince. Anche se molti ristoranti si sono orientati su questa soluzione, non siamo più in pandemia e un bel menù cartaceo è più veloce, pratico e meno stressante da consultare. La birra alla spina solo da 30 cl non è ne carne ne pesce, molto meglio i classici formati da cl. 0,2 e 0,4 (o 0,5). Inoltre i tavoli si puliscono con lo chant de claire solo quando non ci sono più clienti in sala, a fine serata, altrimenti si costringe i medesimi a mangiare pizza e chant de claire...

We tried both land and sea dishes and were satisfied. They can improve on desserts, both in portions and in tastiness. There is a convenient free car park manned for the entire time of your stay

Excellent product quality, welcoming staff and the owner, as well as being very kind, is very knowledgeable, the value for money is really good. Take advice from them and you won't regret it, we ate meat-based meals and our mouths are still watering! Well done!
