25/03/2024: It's been several years since I celebrated my birthday, but at the milestone of turning 50 I couldn't help but not do it. I invited some old friends, but also others who I have had the pleasure of meeting in recent years. Several years have passed since the last time I was at Michelin in Tregnago and I chose this restaurant because I have always enjoyed it. I booked in January to have the 20-seat room and, even though I didn't reach the quorum of 17 people, they left it to me anyway. I can only be happy to note that nothing has changed, excellent service as well as the quality of the dishes served. You can't even complain about the quantity of food, you certainly won't leave Michelin hungry. The restaurant offers 3 types of menus with different prices based on the number of courses. I chose the one with the least dishes, because it already had a lot of dishes: 4 starters, 4 first courses, 3 second courses, side dishes, water, wine, cake, desserts and coffee. The waiters are very good and attentive and, after having served the course to all the guests, they come back a second time to ask if anyone wanted to have an encore. I had the carrot and turmeric cream and the amarone risotto twice (a guarantee). Present on the table still and sparkling water and rosé, white and red wines. Alternative dishes were brought for a vegetarian guest and for my onion-intolerant partner. To close the evening they brought me a personalized millefeuille with a candle to light. Thank you Michelin restaurant for letting me spend my 50th birthday with my dear friends and for not making me miss anything.

30/03/2024: Too bad I can't give 7 stars! We returned for the second time, always for my birthday. Stunning place, warm and welcoming. Discreet and perfect staff. Impeccable cuisine. A few years ago the owner would welcome you with a nice apron and personally cook the ribs. This time the fireplace was turned off. But ribeye was still on the menu. I don't think I'll take too long to go back. I highly recommend it to everyone. Today 30 March 24 we returned for the third time with friends. Everything confirmed, always satisfied!

03/04/2024: This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at this splendid hotel. Spacious rooms, furnished with taste and quality, bathroom equipped with all accessories. Well soundproofed rooms and very comfortable bed. What can I say about the restaurant, service with attention to detail and excellent dishes, I highly recommend the spaghetti with clams. The quality breakfast is varied, absolutely nothing is missing. Applause to the owner, always present and attentive to all customer needs. We will be back soon.

01/04/2024: We wanted to try a new restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised starting from the location where the atmosphere is very quiet with the staff and chef Nicola Dinato welcoming and friendly. All its refinement lies in the essentiality of the furnishings, where every detail is taken care of. The dishes are representative of a creative cuisine but at the same time with flavors and healthy ingredients of the best Venetian tradition. The courses are carefully presented and explained to enhance the sensory experience. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

01/04/2024: One Michelin star restaurant in the center of Castelfranco Veneto, a few steps from the walls. Location in a very beautiful period building with internal parking. We were guests for Easter lunch. Everything excellent, welcome, menu, service. A special mention to the egg filled with salted zabaglione and bruscandoli, an explosion of taste in the mouth. Top.

05/04/2024: Intrigued by the name, I entered and, after a few minutes of waiting, a gentleman approached and asked if it was possible to have lunch. Kindly, he sat me down at the table and brought me a menu. Really tasty dishes and well harmonized with the spices. A seared octopus that melted in your mouth. Followed by cod (here I would have expected a nice whole piece of cod but that wasn't the case) with a delicately flavored cream. Natural strawberries for dessert. All accompanied by a glass of not bad vintage Trento DOC. Good service and kindness of the staff were the setting for a beautiful picture. Thanks for the hospitality.

01/04/2024: We had the pleasure of celebrating Easter lunch at this lovely restaurant in Castelfranco, and it was an absolute delight! Despite the bustling atmosphere, the service was exceptional—professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly, especially with kids. The restaurant has a spacious garden and a large indoor seating area, offering the perfect ambiance for any occasion. We enjoyed the seven course tasting menu, and each dish was a well crafted and served promptly with impeccable timing. The menu itself was a culinary journey, skillfully combining traditional flavors with sophisticated twists. The risotto with asparagus three ways was a highlight, perfectly al dente with delightful sweet and salty notes. The red snapper with its roasted pistachio crust was equally impressive, complemented by a rich pistachio cream. To end the meal, the warm pear and chocolate cake with silky smooth sabaglione was a heavenly finale. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for its impeccable service, exquisite menu, and charming ambiance. Can't wait to visit again!

04/03/2024: Siamo stati per un pranzo di famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto. Piatti curati ,nuovi e accattivanti . Abbinamenti piatti e vini eccellenti. Personale molto preparato e attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Ambiente molto curato,raffinato e rinnovato. Un elogio all insalatina di baccalà in olio cottura su spuma di patate e il filetto di scorfano con tortino di patate alle erbe sublime. Un plauso al titolare molto preparato e attento che ci ha consigliato dei vini sublimi. Davvero complimenti a tutti anche al titolare che era in cassa molto cordiale. Grazie ci ritorneremo

03/04/2024: I really like the place with the large and bright veranda. And the stove. It's cuddly and green at the same time. The menu usually never has major changes, but it doesn't really need them because everything is good. We have been there several times and every dish was always good. Generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady always remembers us and that my partner's father is a vegetarian and always offers him some dish that is right for him. Very attentive to customers who are always a nice treat these days. Suggested dishes: if there is polenta with gorgonzola or the basket with seasonal vegetables. First courses: bigoli, sopa coada, pasta and beans, pumpkin gnocchi Second courses: lamb ribs, fillet with green pepper. But really everything is good. Ahhhh leave a lot of room for dessert because the slices of cake are super generous but it's worth it. Friendly price. Super recommended place.

The environment is well-kept and welcoming, served with the kindness of the owners. It has an elevator to help get down to the services for people with disabilities and also to facilitate the needs of any residents of the rooms on the upper floors.
