01/04/2024: ho mangiato molto bene le lasagne alla bolognese erano molto buone anche se c’era troppo olio, la cotoletta alla bolognese molto buona e anche il mascarpone

19/03/2024: A pochi chilometri da Bologna una proposta di ottima qualità.dal tagliere di salumi e formaggi,passando per plin ai carciofi,spaghettoni ai finferli,tagliata morbidissima e semifreddo delizioso abbiamo davvero mangiato benissimo.tra l'altro sia le crescentine servite con i salumi che i panini appena sfornati sono quel plus in più che ci hanno conquistato.gentilissimo il proprietario e molto accogliente.bravo il personale di sala.ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.torneremo!!!!!grazie per la bella mangiata!

28/01/2024: The cut was good and the tortellini were normal. I regret to point out that the bread was very dry with a clear white coating (as is evident from the photo) and unfortunately the poor personal hygiene of the staff/owner who gave off an unpleasant mix of smoke/underarm odors, also noticed by the only other table who was present with us at lunch (the smell of truffles is something else entirely). Really high prices, especially 18 euros for a plate of tortellini.

20/01/2024: It is no longer called the Guidotti tavern but the bastards' tavern. Highly recommended place for traditional Bolognese cuisine and for the courtesy of the 10+ staff

07/04/2024: Pay attention to what is charged on the receipt. Only a few dishes outside the all-you-can-eat menu are listed on the lunch menu. Strangely, other dishes are also charged as extras on the receipt... When this is pointed out at the cash register they reply that those are also off the fixed menu, even if they are NOT marked as extras when you order them. Result: they will never have me as their customer again. Zero correctness.

28/03/2024: It is like a canteen. Only one waiter is trying to make you feel welcomed. The food is 4 from 5 but be aware when you order wasabi because they won't give to you a fresh one until you ask for. Also check your bill before paying.

17/12/2023: Always rude and rude employees. Little professionalism and poor cleanliness. The 3 armchairs in the table area are perpetually occupied by a person (always the same) who does not consume but sleeps. Once this probably incontinent person even used the armchair as a toilet ( beyond belief)

12/12/2023: Immediately eliminate the pan pizza... Horrible, 🤢 ready-made bases and they add the ingredients, so high that even when cooking it it is soggy and wet, the one with the bacon with the nerves attached therefore not of quality.... There is none comparison with Piedmontese pan pizza.

12/02/2024: I took the hamburger menu, new for 2024 It is served to you as in the photo, therefore with chips included. Bread made by them (like pizza) and surprising size, so believe me, you will struggle to finish it! I took the "Don Alfonso", the one with aubergines, scamorza, nduja and pink sauce (in addition to the meat burger, obviously). Well, for me it was delicious! Considering that it cost €11 (chips included), in my opinion it deserves 5 out of 5 stars! Try the burgers, trust me, but please go hungry, because they are not "snacks". They will fill you up at will. Anyway, some time ago I had their "Mezzo metro" pizza and that was very good too.
