10/02/2024: I'll start by saying that the food is always good, however the last time I went to the roller for lunch it was 2pm and there was nothing left on the roller. It's true that it was late and there were few people, but if you accept a reservation for that time, there must be food on the roll

10/01/2024: In my opinion they have the right attitude... polite but not intrusive, fast but not rushed, correct in the order of service so even if you are not a regular customer they serve you in order of arrival and not of 'knowledge'. Excellent hood and lots of sweet and savory options. Always crowded also because it is a meeting place for the various boarding houses that are stationed and being in the center parking is not always available however a clean and promoted place

31/03/2024: Very friendly staff, elegant and quiet environment. I really enjoyed the entrée. Good parmigiana but not hot enough... too bad, if it had been the right temperature I would have appreciated it more! The first course of ravioli was good, the tomato, although not much, was super tasty and gave an extra touch to the dish, which is why I would have added a little more! We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

03/03/2024: Excellent pastry shop, one of the best in the area. Courteous and precise staff. I wish there was a better organized space abroad and the heater they have doesn't smell good and unfortunately it's a bit annoying while you're having breakfast.

24/03/2024: I went to this place with friends for lunch.
The restaurant has been renovated in a modern style and has two rooms and many seats.
We had lunch based on risotto and rosette as first courses, gnocco tigelle, cured meats and sauces and pinzimonio as second courses.
All very good and cooked just right.
Attentive and kind service

€15 fixed menu with lots of choice, a first course, a second course + side dish, water and coffee.
Only flaw... a little cold room being an open space and heating with convectors turned on just before opening

04/03/2024: I really appreciated the idea of pasta and beans with mussels and white seafood risotto, I would use mussels raised in Sardinia as they are tastier and don't give off a strong smell. I saw a lot of determination and desire to work in the boy. I hope you continue and improve more and more. I will definitely come visit you soon.
22/02/2024: First time at Ernesto's, and there will certainly be other occasions.. excellent staff who put the customer at ease... welcoming place.. Excellent and well-composed dishes.. WE WILL BE BACK!!

20/01/2024: An excellent experience, 100% recommended, the pizzas are the best I have ever tried in Sassuolo. They have a unique taste, they are delicious, fragrant, light and seasoned perfectly. I've tried all types of pizza and I can't decide which is the best. Speedy pizza ♾️
02/12/2023: Guys, it's true they're a bit slow with deliveries (find me a take-away pizzeria on time) and it's really expensive, but there aren't any take-away pizzas like this in Sassuolo, they are literally the best and most digestible pizzas, the quality you pay and in the end that's fine! Be careful not to make them eat junk and charge a little more instead!

29/03/2024: Amazing Neapolitan pizza! Wholemeal and charcoal dough, clean and welcoming place, very kind staff. As soon as we sat down they offered us a welcome soft drink and a taste of stria

- Paid as Holiday Menu, holidays are the red days on the calendar and not just any holiday
- cold room, zero heating, ate the entire dinner in the cold, it's impossible to eat when it's so cold, you can't stay there!
You should invest in a heating system, it's a shame!
You risk getting sick!
