13/03/2024: Baita D'Oro: a mountain culinary experience with a twist. La Baita D'Oro is a restaurant located in an enchanting position, immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the mountains. The environment is warm and welcoming, with wooden furnishings that create a rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time. The menu offers a wide choice of typical mountain dishes, prepared with seasonal and high quality ingredients. I had the opportunity to try some of their meat dishes, including a truly delicious venison fillet with berry sauce. The meat was very tender and the sauce went perfectly with the flavor of the venison. La Baita D'Oro also boasts an excellent selection of wines, with a wide choice of national and international labels. You can order wine by the glass, which is a great way to sample different varieties without having to buy an entire bottle. Prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and service more than justify the expense. Overall, Baita D'Oro is an excellent restaurant that offers a truly unique mountain dining experience. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good food and good wine. 10/03/2024: Housed inside an old hotel (where I went as a child), the new English-style pub is very nice, the service is friendly and quick. The structure of the rooms is the same, but I have never seen them.

28/01/2024: The dinner, based on Emilian dishes, was discreet. The tortelli with wild asparagus were interesting, but not very well prepared: too much cheese which hid the flavor of the asparagus. The wine chosen by Tonio was excellent: a stunning Promis from the Gaja winery!

17/03/2024: Place that deserves it! For those who are passionate about wine this is a place worth the trip, with a well-stocked cellar and pleasant discoveries of the region. Excellent cuisine with home-made dishes that deviate from the usual mountain food. Tortelli with ricotta and apple filling is really a lot of stuff.
