While I waited, I followed the cooking dynamics and for the 15 minutes in which I stopped in the restaurant to wait for three fried foods to be delivered to me, one of which was chips, these were never cooked, but rather collected from the bottom of a container in which there were "many" of them ready to be packaged, but they had already been there for at least 15 minutes and I was hoping that they weren't exactly the ones that were delivered to me!!! But how is it done???? As soon as I got into the car I touched them....do you think??? Cold!!! One thing, you promise to know how to do well, the potatoes, which may be fresh, but were also in fact inedible! But do I have to explain it to you, that potatoes are cooked at the moment and not every 20 minutes?? Here we have to start from the ABC, from the basics, really!! In response to yours: The fries were cold!!! I never said "all" of the food was cold, the jalapenos and onion rings were steaming hot! But the fries were cold!!! And it's a shame because there advertised precisely for their good quality, and I have no doubt that this is the case, but if you cook them 15 minutes before (at least this is the time in which I stopped in your restaurant) I believe that only the first lucky ones will have the pleasure of enjoying them hot! But I ask you, what would be the dark and diabolical reason why I should transform myself into a "liar" as you point out to me, for a portion of potatoes??? The whole time she was in the corner on the right spreading chocolate and making little packets and she made more than one and she never went near the fryer which her father instead took care of cooking my jalapenos and onion rings. At a certain point, a rectangular metal container was taken from under the counter which contained the chips with which my portion was prepared and that for the Lord who came out before me. SHE DOESN'T KNOW ME AND CAN'T INSULT ME BY CALLING ME "A LIAR", she would have done better to feel sorry for the poor quality of the chips instead of feeling resentful, but I told the truth and I wouldn't have had any valid reason to lie!! However, I usually take great pride in writing positive reviews, but this time that's not the case!

06/11/2023: Food nothing special, they charged us for the food they ordered from the next table and overcharged!!! P.S. The owner of the bar resolved the problem with the incorrect bill the next day without being reminded of it.

17/03/2024: While walking in Gorizia, my husband and I stopped for a break in this pastry shop. I must say very pretty. The girl who served us at the outside table was very professional and kind. Even though she was alone We enjoyed some delicious coffees with excellent pastries.

15/01/2024: Tasteless pastries, apart from the butter, and uneducated staff: these two reasons are enough to advise anyone against serving themselves at this "pastry shop"

10/03/2024: La tanta simpatia del mitico Baia cerca di tamponare le magagne della cucina: a parte la carne un po' troppo asciutta, è l'attesa che si fa sentire. Prezzi secondo me non in linea con il prodotto, troppo alti.
