The waiters are polite but also a little distracted.
The environment was very welcoming, I recommend it to those who like raw fish like sushi.
I'll be back

17/03/2024: Highly recommended! Friendly staff, cozy and quiet environment, delicious food. I especially recommend the vegetable tempura: personally I think it's the best in Trento!

The environment is very nice and particular, but it is too noisy, at least until the place has emptied...
Very slow service in our case and we had booked.
With the à la carte menu, on Saturday lunch there is only that, you can quickly spend a lot!
13/03/2024: I often come here to eat ramen or bimbimba, honestly the best dishes in the place. It's always very good and I compliment it. The ingredients are fresh and the broth well made. 4 stars for the location, it can improve!

04/04/2024: Splendid people. Especially Daniele the manager. Someone who knows his job. Clean place, shopping done daily, so everything is fresh, you have to try it to believe it.
02/04/2024: Good welcome but service to be improved... I am a lover of raw food and the sashimi was too cold... I ordered more portions but the result was the same... normal tartare... I really appreciated the nighiri al salmon... It can definitely be improved
