25/02/2024: Assolutamente il miglior sushi della zona (e da quel che vedo le recensioni lo confermano). Lo frequentiamo ormai da anni e non hanno perso mezzo colpo! Cosa assolutamente non scontata.
Il pesce è freschissimo. Il sashimi lo mangio solo da loro! E tutto è preparato con grande maestria.
Gentilezza, educazione, buon cibo, sempre un sorriso sulle labbra.
È sempre un piacere tornarci.
Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità di cibo e servizio.
Inoltre molto attenti al senza glutine.

24/03/2024: On the way back from Ladispoli we stopped to visit Perugia. For lunch we stopped at this very nice restaurant, the staff were very welcoming.
We decided to eat some Sushi and tried an ossobuco. Finally we shared a dessert, hazelnut cream with berry sorbet and an almond cramble. Super

25/02/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretext or expectation, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience.
We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then had a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (forbid me) not all of the rest, although good and finally a very good sweet. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3).
Total cost €106 for two, well spent.
They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!

The fish dishes are excellent, with tartare and prawn skewers leading the way, but the sushi mix also deserves mention.
The do-it-yourself ordering service is interesting. Quiet and relaxed environment with open and boot tables for families or groups.

15/03/2024: Pranzo al volo per lavoro e di passaggio. Ho conosciuto questo posto diversi anni fa. Non propone cucina all you can eat, ma ad esempio a pranzo ha un menù fisso dove puoi scegliere 1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo a scelta tra quelle proposte (acqua e coperto compreso). Non sono tantissime le scelte, però devo dire che se non vuoi fare il classico "pancia mia fatti capanna" comunque può andar bene per stare con lo stomaco pieno e non appesantito. Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla gentilezza e cordialità delle cameriere e soprattutto dall'ottimo cibo. Ogni piatto è stato ottimo. Apprezzato tantissimo il sashimi salmone, tenerissimo nonostante il taglio spesso. Alla fine se non ti sazi puoi sempre ordinare qualcos'altro dalla carta. Comunque per la seconda volta non mi ha deluso, anzi..sempre in meglio. Sicuramente se ripasso in zona nell' orario di pranzo sarà il mio pit stop.

07/04/2024: It's a nice place, not so big but the food is excellent... we've been going there for years and I can only say that we have a great time... we're welcomed... the guys who run the place are very polite and kind.. .the place is super clean....the food is super excellent...the best sushi in Umbria and it's in Spoleto..

Quality food, polite and courteous staff, and a little discount that never hurts.. Excellent.. Keep it up.. We have tried some à la carte dishes from the new menu which we find fantastic.. 12/03/2024: My partner and I went for lunch two days ago, the place was empty, I assume because it was Monday at 12:00, the menu has various choices and is all you can eat, both raw and cooked, I personally took all cooked food, and my partner raw, we were very happy with both courses, the service was very fast, I think because it was just us and another couple, we will definitely go back at the weekend. Very clean bathrooms!

06/03/2024: A restaurant offering unusual dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine. We had lunch here a few years ago and remembered that they had typical Italian dishes.
Since we were staying in the same hotel this time, I reserved a table without looking at the website first. We were surprised to find chopsticks instead of cutlery on the table.
We then found many varieties of sushi on the menu that you would otherwise not find or very rarely find in typical Japanese restaurants.
Also unusual: wasabi was grated fresh at the table, something I've never seen before in Europe.
Before the meal, an extensive amuse gueule was served, which consisted of three different small dishes and in addition to the dessert we ordered, there was a "candy floss tree" with several sweets underneath.
Overall, however, we found the prices to be too high and the dining room to be too loud.

25/03/2024: Bare place, it would need renovation or at least a deep cleaning, soy splashes on the seats and cobwebs on the corners.
Poor quality service, the waitress was unable to open a bottle of wine, breaking the cork inside the neck due to poor use of the corkscrew.
To overcome the problem we asked for a beer which we later discovered was expired and a glass of wine which was also of poor quality as it had probably been open for a long time.
(The fridge where they were placed was semi-empty)
Very good sushi, shame about the side dish, perhaps the existing ones should be fixed before opening several outlets.
Excessive bill €81 (for two) not so much for the quality of the food but for everything else.
28/01/2024: It had never happened to me that the bill arrived with a bite still in my mouth without having asked for it...

01/01/2024: Close to the city center in a convenient location. Good quality food and quite extensive menu, including Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Service not exceptional but punctual. Prices in line with the category even if they have something more in quality than the others. Promoted!
31/12/2023: The environment and food are good, the service, probably due to lack of professional training, is a bit poor, but there is always room for improvement!
