In a panorama in which many sushi restaurants focus on excessively elaborate menus and flavours, often to the detriment of the freshness and authentic taste of the fish, Liu has been able to make simplicity his strong point.
I have been a loyal customer of this place for years and have never had any disappointments: the sushi is always excellent, with fresh ingredients and attentive, impeccable service.
Without a doubt, Liu Restaurant ranks among the best sushi restaurants between Brescia and Verona.
If you are in Peschiera and love sushi, you absolutely must go!

04/04/2024: Excellent quality food and very kind staff....one of the best sushi in the area...this year switched to all you can eat...also convenient by public transport, it is only about 200 meters from the Peschiera del Garda railway station ... and nearby there is also the APT bus stop
04/04/2024: Really good. A huge selection. You order via tablet and then everything is brought to your place. I have never had better sushi.
