24/09/2023: Non sono solita scrivere recensioni negative ma spero che da questa mia esperienza non molto piacevole si possa trarre degli spunti per migliorare. Parto col dire che è una pizzeria nata, secondo me, come asporto in quanto devi servirti da solo ma va bene, su questo non ci sono problemi. Il problema è la pizza che, ahimè, era immangiabile. La base era pessima, per niente lievitata. Anzi sembrava una base per pizza industriale. Gli ingredienti su' erano poco freschi e la mozzarella non era mozzarella. Alla fine, però, nonostante tutto il conto arriva e bisogna pagarlo quindi il cliente gradirebbe mangiare una pizza perlomeno decente.

25/12/2023: Fish restaurant in Borno where the menu alternatively offers various meat-based dishes, a hard life for vegetarians. The wine list is not extensive but the selected bottles have an excellent quality-price ratio. The staff is very kind and the environment is hospitable. Apart from my appetizer of battered courgette flowers which was just acceptable, the rest of the dishes we consumed were cooked well. The mixed fried fish had a nice browning and was not greasy.

08/10/2023: I'm sorry because they told me very well about it. Did I come on the wrong day? I booked a table a week in advance and was therefore hoping to find a fairly comfortable and relaxing solution. When we arrive we find the restaurant full of people and we are placed at a small table which was uncomfortable and in the middle of the entrance (close to other people). Perplexed, we sit down and a waitress pours some pasta and casoncelli (2 in number) onto the plate without us asking anything. To which I ask the gentlemen next door and they tell me that there was a fixed menu for transhumance and that they too were disappointed. I wanted to stop a waiter to ask but it was impossible, so we decide to try the transhumance menu. Right from the start I think it should be asked whether the customer wants to try the fixed menu or not also because we had not been informed of the transhumance menu. Leaving this aside, in addition to having eaten little, unfortunately we ate quite badly. You can't see French fries (inedible) on a transhumance mountain menu. Not to mention the dessert. The photo below says it all. “try again you will be luckier”

28/02/2024: I had dinner here with a very dear friend of mine. I already knew the place, but my memory remained tied to the times when it was the skating bar. I returned after many years: I found the place renovated. The owners who run it are behind the counter, cooking and making pizza, and sometimes serving tables, helped by Anna, a funny girl who gesticulates. At dinner you can choose from various proposals, plus traditional pizzas, special ones and the three pizzas of the day. I was particularly struck by one aspect, which is not secondary: they tell you which ingredients they use, which mostly come from the Altipiano del Sole, where we are, to make the food and wine products of their community known. For me this place was a pleasant discovery. I advise. And I'll be back. Please note: my review is authentic. I paid the bill, as I always do everywhere. I only review places that arouse a special emotion in me that I can transfer, here with my words. Note: in summer, in August, in the adjacent skating rink they organize dancing or musical evenings, such as the beautiful concerts of the Santa Cecilia Band of Borno.
