28/03/2024: I was at the Lo Smeraldo pizzeria for a business dinner where we ate a delicious pizza, the place is very large and spacious and offers many seats, the staff is very kind and attentive, if you want to eat a good pizza this is a pizzeria which does it very well

01/04/2024: Perfect place for a city trip. We were struck by it as we passed along the street on our way to the Art Gallery and the impression did not betray us! The bar is intimate and well-kept, the staff are really friendly and attentive, the dishes for lunch and typical Brescia aperitifs are delicious. Absolutely recommended! :)

04/03/2024: We came across this place at the exit of the Santa Giulia museum, we were looking for a quick lunch and....excellent choice!!!! There were 8 of us and we ate very well, I had the casoncelli butter and sage stuffed with Bagoss and a glass of cabernet, others had the lasagne, others still had the sandwiches and we all ate very well. The service was fast and the staff very friendly, the price was right. Recommended for a good and quick lunch

08/03/2024: We really appreciated the quality of the dishes, which were carefully thought out and are in line with the prices charged. However, we were disappointed with the service we received during our lunch. Even though we were sitting in the center of the room, we felt neglected: the bread was not served when the dishes arrived, even though the initial one was finished; we had to ask for water three times. Furthermore, we ordered a dessert without any specification regarding the presence of alcohol, which is particularly important given that one of us is pregnant. When served, we immediately noticed the presence of Masala in the dessert, which was not declared. To our complaint, the staff's response was that we should have read the menu, despite there being no mention of alcohol. The wait to order coffee after the meal was also very long, with a delay of around 20 minutes. We were surprised and disappointed above all by the lack of specification regarding alcohol in the dessert, believing that it is essential to inform customers, especially when there is a delicate situation such as a pregnancy. Despite this, we recognize the quality of the dishes and would be willing to return if the service was more attentive and professional.

04/04/2024: De luxe double room very spacious, clean, well furnished. Excellent quality sheets and blankets. Large bathroom. Delightful courtyard view. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location compared to the centre, which can be visited on foot. Internal parking. Highly recommended

01/04/2024: Accommodation facility in the center of Brescia, built in a historic building that hosted the seminar. The ecclesiastical setting of the building remains and has been modernized to transform it into a hotel. Comfortable rooms with bathroom, 24-hour reception, parking inside the structure in a closed courtyard, breakfast. If you want you can also have dinner in the structure. Checkout at 11am. Possibility to leave luggage and car for the rest of the day. In my opinion excellent quality/price ratio.

12/05/2024: Nothing to say about the quality, the food is delicious and the price is proportionate to the quality of the raw materials. I'm just saying that it is not possible to book at 9.15pm and sit at the table at 10pm because the table has not yet been freed. This is not a customer problem the manager must be able to organize reservations otherwise he must say NO we are full. We got impatient, but we wanted to wait and once seated we had to repeatedly ask for the dishes because they didn't arrive. They could have at least offered a dessert or at least made up for it in some way. Dining in a restaurant should not be a stressful moment, but a pleasant thing.
