I politely ask the girl who is giving me some bread if she can please use the appropriate tongs, since she was calmly making receipts, handling money and then with and if nothing happened she touched the food and gave it to the customers. I repeat that I was not rude, on the contrary.. But despite this, the counter attendant was annoyed at my request, she puts the bread back on the counter, she sprays a bit of sanitizer on her gloves and as if my request were a bizarre one, she bags my bread. Without even apologizing or thinking about how disgusting something like that can be, he chatted with his colleague with all the serenity in the world. The first time I saw it done in this shop (always by the same person) I thought of a moment of confusion, or tiredness that can happen to anyone... but apparently it's not only a habit, and if you do note that the most basic hygiene rules must be respected and you are also treated badly. I will gladly leave the bread that I wanted to buy from you, which at the end of the day between banknotes and spray will be delicious and your counter clerk will be able to take it home.

12/12/2023: Ambiente casalingo, calda accoglienza, cibo fantastico, tutto, dall’antipasto al dolce, tutto fatto in casa, la pasta merita. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo.

07/03/2024: Ristorante esteticamente bello e spazioso; pizza buona, se piace il genere (ovviamente non bisogna andarci aspettando di trovare la classica pizza napoletana!). Come scritto da un altro recensore, non capisco bene perché, avendo scelto io una pizza classica e non alta, questa mi è costata due euro extra... Piuttosto male l'accoglienza: arriviamo quando non c'è nessuno e dobbiamo aspettare in piedi cinque minuti, perché ci deve accompagnare al tavolo la responsabile, che è indaffarata... Non poteva farlo una delle altre quattro cameriere presenti? Responsabile che non concede un sorriso o una parola in più per tutta la serata, quindi avrebbe fatto sicuramente meglio una delle giovani cameriere. Prezzi forse leggermente alti... Insomma, meglio per l'asporto che per una bella serata fuori.
