09/01/2024: "Quick" dinner after a tiring shopping session. Friendly and kind staff, decent food without high expectations and just right to recharge after following my wife and daughter to 580,000 stores. Not many seats.

30/03/2024: From our experience in other piadina shops, in this one we need to review the organization of the staff and remember what the company's principles are, if among these there is that of good service, otherwise it would be sufficient to install a piadina dispenser and not of people. If there are three active displays + the cash register and a lot of people, it is obvious that on a Saturday there will be a lot of orders arriving simultaneously in the kitchen. It's very good that you collect money, patience that you will wait a little longer, but it is not possible that no one will manage the absence of Viber on the displays, the absence of paper for the receipts (and the failure to dispense creates confusion for the customer who does not knows what to do) and, above all, that no one manages the tables full of people in the assigned area! That area should be cleaned and managed (even just with a sign) reminding you that you can sit once you have collected the food and not before! People (even before picking up the food) sit down and elbow each other down with the consequence that those who collect it don't have a place to eat! The staff showed no sensitivity to these issues exposed. Elsewhere I found another management. So I won't go to Arese anymore

07/10/2023: A pranzo abbiamo preso un piatto di prosciutto di Parma con mozzarella di bufala, il pane non e’ stato servito, ma soprattutto il prosciutto era immangiabile, di scarsa qualità. Servizio senza parole. Mai più.

02/10/2023: Servizio inesistente, qualità pessima e attesa...infinita. Per fortuna, a seuito delle nostre lamentele, hanno scalato dal conto alcuni piatti, ma erano davvero immangiabili!
