"La Locanda di Mimi" in Sala, Caserta, offers different dishes from the Neapolitan tradition, based on excellent meat and also fresh fish, well cooked and presented, in a welcoming, familiar and at the same time very refined environment. 29/11/2023: Business dinner, we were looking for a very IN and very private environment to be able to discuss and at the same time delight ourselves with a selection of delicacies. Recommended by a friend to go to "DaDino", having never been there before I perhaps had some fears which were immediately dispelled when we perceive from the entrance façade that air of extreme professionalism hidden behind a crew of nice people, affable and approachable. Feeling pampered with indiscretion, the staff careful not to let you say anything that you already anticipated. Moving on to the location, well there is little to say that is not superlative, cleanliness and attention to detail, a mix between vintage and rural with extravagant inserts that made everything pleasant to the eye, the few also appreciate the pleasantly soft but not too much. Furthermore, we were also shown the cellar with bottles that were incredible, pieces that were decades old and kept obsessively preserved. Last but not least is the eating, one word: "masterful", a refinement in terms of novelty, authenticity and love in preparing certain things all in the name of absolute freshness. Some of the diners who came from the seaside areas, Pozzuoli and Torre del Greco, praised what we were served. Obviously expertly accompanied by a wine that went very well with what it accompanied. There is little to say other than that I recommend the daDino restaurant if you want to make a good impression, eat properly and live the experience of meeting great people. I recommend 100%

Even with a full house, the dishes at the same table, although different, practically arrive almost together. Excellent quality. 04/04/2024: One of my favorite restaurants in the area. They have an endless menu, literally dozens of dishes, some very elaborate, the fish excellent, I had a salmon tartarre with biscuits from Agerola which would not have disfigured in a starred restaurant, I noticed that the owner was eating at a table with his family and this seemed to me to be a sign of quality! I also ordered the dish I saw him take, a spectacular panzanella salad. The service is friendly and discreet, the wait is minimal, the cost is honest, some dishes are actually decidedly cheap like the calzone at 8.5 euros, given how it is filled and how plentiful it is, it would probably cost more to make it at home! As soon as I sat down they brought me 4 slices of very deep and delicious tomato pizza (free from the house), what can I say? Keep it up.

Ho scelto una costata di Simmenthal da 450 gr circa accompagnata da patate al forno. Carne buona e cotta come richiesto, patate saporite. Con acqua e coperto 25 euro ben spesi. Consigliato

07/04/2024: The Savaris is truly historic! Large internal bar, pizza service by the slice and delicious croissants, polonaises, staples.. Very large internal rooms also reserved for those wishing to celebrate an event.. Another well-furnished room next door to also celebrate wedding vows etc..

06/04/2024: Very good pizza, good service, modern-chic place, it's a pity that last time they made us sit in the room downstairs, after the toilets, where there was an insistent cellar smell, of humidity, which came from the stairs leading up to even further down, perhaps a cellar, in fact... I don't know... Then, another inconvenience, the last time, in the glass of wine there were small pieces of cork, of course... It can happen... But come on a little annoying. Finally, you should know that the prices are certainly not average, a little expensive especially if you eat delicacies and sweets.

01/04/2024: There are better pizzas in Caserta but there are no pizzerias with such attentive service and such a refined and refined environment. Compliments! A single observation if I may: you could remove the plastic masks by now: they make you think of hopefully bygone times and distance the waiters from the customers.
