03/04/2024: I was there on April 2nd for lunch (2 adults + 2 children) We had a great meal. Quality and refinement. Kindness and professionalism. Fair prices for what is offered. Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: We went on Sunday evening for Easter dinner, the service was not very appropriate, the waiters seemed to be in a hurry both to order (after less than a minute after they brought us the menus, they asked us if we had done so), and to remove the dishes from the table even if there was still something on the plate, the kebabs arrived cold at the table, not even time to heat up the "old" ones which seemed to be leftovers from lunch, the waitress who opened the wine for us, he didn't even know how to pour it properly, letting it drip onto the table. I usually leave a €10 tip but this time nothing, you have to tell your employees to make customers feel at ease that in a hostaria they do slow food and don't rush people.

10/03/2024: Very nice restaurant and very professional and helpful staff! You certainly won't find the usual cuisine, but the level rises with complex dishes with a delicate flavour.
03/03/2024: Friendly and welcoming staff. We ate well, from the starter to the side dish. If you are near Bagnoregio, we recommend it!!

17/03/2024: Non ci tornerei nè lo consiglierei. Prezzi alti per porzioni scarse, cibo piatto. Nulla di veramente gustoso e appetitoso. Siamo stati ingannati dalle recensioni e foto altrui evidentemente riferite ad altri periodi (forse la domenica il target è più turistico). Ho valutato "nella media" e non "scarso" unicamente per il servizio al tavolo, veloce e gentile. Siamo usciti con la voglia di prendere un panino nel vicino locale sulla piazza, per sopperire al gusto e all'appetito, poi abbiamo ripiegato su un ottimo gelato nella gelateria a Bagnoregio "il gelato" di pasqualetti.
04/03/2024: In visita a Civita ci siamo fermati a gustare qualcosa. Abbiamo trovato ottimi i piatti di origine locale. Buona accoglienza.

The food is good and the service is very good
10/02/2024: Abbiamo prenotato con the fork in questo posto perché al borgo di Civita non prendevano prenotazioni. Siamo stati indecisi fino all’ultimo perché dalle recensioni non sembrava un granché. Dopo la visita al borgo torniamo verso la macchina e ci fermiamo appunto a mangiare un questo ristorante. Come arriviamo veniamo accolti da un buon odore di tartufo, per niente invadente, e dall’entusiasmo di due cameriere che ci indicano il tavolo. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti diversi, 3 primi diversi e siccome era tutto buonissimo da leccarsi i baffi, abbiamo condiviso pure un secondo in 4. Cantina ben fornita con ricarichi onestissimi. Buoni anche i dolci. Non so se torneremo a Civita di bagnoregio a fare il ponte o vedere il borgo, ma di sicuro torneremo a mangiare in questo posto dove oltre al buon cibo abbiamo passato soprattutto un paio d’ore in un posto molto positivo
