01/04/2024: I stopped for lunch, I didn't find a full place and they do both a pizzeria and a restaurant. We opted for a first course and a second course, the first course was the right quantity but the cutlet was small. Prices maybe a little high but I don't know the prices in the area.
31/03/2024: Good food. The waiter was very attentive, fast and helpful.

22/01/2024: Dopo la visita alla favolosa villa del Balbaniello, abbiamo deciso di fermarci al Giglio per le recensioni ma, soprattutto, per la piacevolissima vista sul lago e la bella veranda che ricorda le strutture dei primi del '900.
Per il pranzo ci siamo orientati su un menù di lago, senza però trovare l'esprit che ci aspettavamo. Bene gli impiattamenti e buono il dolce.
Il servizio è stato cordiale
17/11/2023: Underestimated venue. I’ve been to three different Michelin star restaurants on this trip, and I cannot see why this restaurant is any less.
The food is amazing with a signature savory chestnut cream and chocolate ravioli.
The service is excellent in a cosy atmosphere.

27/11/2023: Excellent first course of spaghetti with clams.
They had a sesame seed bread, I think made by them, which was out of this world for making slipper!
I give 4 stars because in my opinion the price was a bit excessive, drinking water and eating only a first course without having coffee we spent €24 each.
For the rest the quality is excellent and the service as well

14/12/2023: Posto consigliatissimo. Accogliente e servizio impeccabile. Cortesia , gentilezza e simpatia del padrone di casa e delle cameriere. Ottimi i piatti di pesce . Il tiramisù è uno dei più buoni che abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante . Torneremo sicuramente.
17/10/2023: Heerlijk gegeten met het gezin. Uitgebreide anti pasti plankjes en heerlijke pizza’s. Personeel is servicegericht en professioneel. Heerlijke en authentieke gerechten, en goeie prijs/kwaliteit. Pizza’s kosten tussen de 8 en 13 euro gemiddeld.
Er ligt een grote parkeerplaats in de buurt, 2 min lopen.

15/03/2024: È cambiata la gestione. Per anni ho pranzato spesso trovandomi sempre bene. Adesso non è più lo stesso. Era gestito da due fratelli e prima ancora dalla madre.
08/10/2023: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante.
Accoglienza fredda e piatti inaccettabili.
Abbiamo scelto la cotoletta alla milanese con le patatine, il vitello tonnato e le melanzane alla parmigiana.
Al posto della cotoletta alla milanese è arrivata una fettina impanata, palesemente riscaldata, con una porzione ridotta di patate.
La carne del vitello tonnato era immangiabile, piena di nervi e secca. Anche se sopra c'è la crema, il cliente comunque se ne accorge.
La parmigiana alle melanzane acquosa.
Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il pane.
Il ristorante era comunque pieno perché i turisti non mancano, ma ci vuole coraggio a servire certi piatti.
