01/04/2024: Very beautiful and particular restaurant with a suggestive atmosphere under a cave made of stones. This is the second Easter Monday that we have spent with friends. The first time we had a great time. Excellent food and this time we confirm the five stars in everything! Very patient waiters kind and helpful and the room manager always ready to satisfy our requests. We took the fish menu which is plentiful and very rich with a fair price. Excellent! Highly recommended. We will return with great pleasure! Thanks to the glutton's tavern!

20/03/2024: Da Giulio is a now historic place on the Fanese seafront, it offers excellent fish, the only comment I would make is a touch up to the place, it needs a restyling, for the rest I really appreciated it

04/04/2024: We ate there during our stay in Fano. It is beautifully furnished and everything is lovingly done. The waitresses were very nice and tried hard. There is no map, which wasn't a problem for us. The starters were great and very fresh, the main courses were also delicious, too much fried for our taste but still tasty. Price-performance 🔝

02/04/2024: Unfortunately I have to be negative. I found myself in this place following the more than excellent reviews, but I changed my mind from the experience I had. The small and narrow place, to go between one table and another and sit down I had to move two people, I could also comment on other details, but I will refrain. The rather sparse menu, with heavy and confusing flavours, the potato gnocchi were mostly lumped together and I would like to understand what the purpose of the sort of onion mustard without the cheese was in the cold cuts appetizer. As per law, the accepted payment methods were not displayed at the entrance and a restaurant that boasts 4 Michelin guides cannot afford not to accept AmericanExpress credit card payments. I gave the reviews the benefit and I was wrong, after all I'm from Abruzzo and I don't understand anything about Marche cuisine

16/10/2023: Great location with very tasty food. The wide area has a lot to offer and the pool invites you to cool off. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Fantastic as a party location. The rooms offer everything you need.
19/08/2023: For us it was the first time on the Adriatic coast. We were particularly impressed by the great location and the great food. Both breakfast and dinner were perfect. The very friendly staff was also great.

27/02/2024: Sono stato a pranzo in questo ristorante in infrasettimanale. In due abbiamo ordinato un antipasto da 8 portate e un primo a testa. L'antipasto è sia caldo che freddo e prevede delle tartare, un carpaccio, un piatto di polpo e patate contemporaneo, un baccalà scottato, un taco come conclusione. Tutti i piatti sono ben fatti, moderni e cucinati, non semplicemente assemblati. Il taco veramente eccezionale. Sono delle "monoporzioni" da dividere, tranne il taco che è uno a testa. Per 39€ a persona, non è poco assolutamente. Come primo abbiamo ordinato carbonara di pesce, un cavallo di battaglia del ristorante con nero di seppia e calamari. Da bere una bottiglia dal costo di 18€. Conto finale 128€, non poco. Tutti i piatti ben eseguiti, ma abbastanza leggeri. Specie dagli antipasti mi aspettavo una botta di sapore più forte. Consigliato ma in determinate occasioni, magari in coppia o per un pranzo di lavoro, visto che ci si alza da tavola non pesanti o forti di cucinato.
26/02/2024: Questo locale, che pure ho frequentato in diverse occasioni, mi lascia sempre interdetto al termine dell'esperienza... Oggi ho maturato la decisione di non volerci andare più. Voglio condividere le mie perplessità, partendo da un indubbio complimento : l'arredo è un elemento chiave ed è il vero fiore all'occhiello del locale. Le pietanze, sono curate e buone... Ad accezione del nuovo " linguine mezzanotte" o una cosa simile, che, non sono assolutamente all 'altezza dei 14€ richiesti in menù ( la mia porzione era scotta e senza la spinta attesa nel gusto). Vogliamo sottolineare l' accoglienza mai colorosa e al limite dello scostante del titolare? Imbarazzante, a tratti, la mancanza di empatia che come cliente ho sperimentato in ogni visita. Questa sensazione strana, mi ha accompagnato dall' ingresso all ' ordine al tavolo fino al momento del commiato. Un misto di supponenza e tracontanza caratterizza il suo agire, e sottolineo, non è l' osservazione di una sola serata magari storta ma un atteggiamento autoreferenziale costante.
Per questa ragione, e non altre, andrò a spendere i miei soldi altrove.
