22/03/2024: A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

14/03/2024: Un locale elegante ma allo stesso tempo informale, uno staff giovane e pieno di energia, una scelta gastronomica originalissima. I piatti nascono da ingredienti locali e stagionali, per "contaminarsi" di contemporaneità e di mille tendenze, con un risultato finale che ovviamente valorizza il territorio ma fa anche viaggiare lontano. La lettura del menu è molto intrigante, perché ogni piatto viene descritto solo coi suoi 3/4 ingredienti base, costringendo a fare uno sforzo per immaginare cosa verrà fuori nel piatto, e che sapore avrà la combinazione di tali elementi. A chi pensasse che il mio giudizio non è sincero, dico solo che questa proposta è un unicum, non solo in questa città; dopo avere spulciato tutti i ristoranti di Modica, ho scelto questo perché non aveva nulla di comparabile, consapevole di fare una scommessa. Che alla fine è stata vinta.

I have a copy of a report from my hospital, and when my employer paid me the money and the remaining quarter he told me to go to the tax office yourself and collect it yourself. 28/03/2024: Very bad. Poor fish, and then we all felt bad, my husband took the pasta with wild boar and brought them the pasta with sauce bought from the supermarket. The bathroom was indescribably dirty. Never again. I advise against it

04/11/2023: Best fish restaurant in the area!!! Here you won't find farmed mussels, but only local and sustainable fish with flavors that made me remember my grandmother's seafood cuisine!!! Thanks to Gianluca and his sister for their hospitality and authenticity. You are special, Gianluca a great chef! Oysters, red prawns, almonds and sea lemon, all according to seasonality 🥂

17/03/2024: It's my first time going to this place, I loved the food. More like parking, a parking space as there isn't one. But all in all we found it quick and easy. The staff was very courteous and kind 😊

06/04/2024: We ate Caponata, Ravioli with ricotta, Cream of shelled broad fava beans from Modica and Cassata siciliana. The food was commendable. The service is fast and friendly. We will stop by again.

01/04/2024: We love our traditional cuisine and L'Osteria dei Sapori Perduti represents it with such skill and quality in the dishes. The ricotta ravioli are excellent, and the chickpea soup is superlative which I recommend... very nice place, simple but rich in history, the story of our grandparents. It takes you back in time. I congratulate the owners and the staff, who are very kind.

21/02/2024: They recommended this restaurant to us to enjoy typical Modican cuisine. We were convinced we were eating well given the influx of customers. But we have rarely encountered such poor cuisine. In particular, the rib was tough and inedible, the home-made potatoes were raw and pre-cooked and the boiled meat was a piece of fatty meat cooked in water without any taste, just water, which was also not edible. I took it away for my cat but he rejected it. The presentation of the dishes was done without any care. We waited a long time for the food to arrive and we had to ask. Naturally we immediately reported the problems to the manager but the response was "impossible" all the customers are happy with it (I wouldn't say it from the reviews). However, we were not charged for the rib but despite this we paid too much, €40, as we managed to eat an appetizer and a first course which were also not very pleasant. Inedible meat and side dish. Drank water.

24/02/2024: Siamo stati una domenica a pranzo in questa rinomata trattoria. Il locale è una grande casa, accogliente e pulita. Il cibo è squisito: antipasto con tomasini, scacce, arancine, formaggi, pagnottine con dell’ottimo olio di casa. Menzione speciale per la ricotta, sapore fenomenale e consistenza delicata. I primi erano ravioli e cavatelli al sugo con carne al sugo. Per secondo sono state servite cotolette ripiene, pancetta e salsiccia e coniglio alla stimpirata. Ho ritrovato i sapori di una volta, una cucina saporita e molto genuina. Per dolce abbiamo mangiato un ottimo budino di ricotta. Vi consiglio di prendere il menù completo (28€) per assaggiare ogni piatto, ne vale la pena, infatti ritorneremo sicuramente!
