02/01/2024: Look this is simple, stop wondering stop looking for other reviews just book a table and go. This was by far the best restaurant out of 30 we had done during our trip around Sicily.
I found this restaurant from looking at the reviews however the day I was looking to go it was closed. I called and Giuseppe told us to come anyways (4 of us). He went to the market made us a special menu from everything he had bought that day. He had opened the restaurant just for us.
The service was immaculate, the wine was fantastic. But the show stopped was BY FAR the food. I've been fortunate in my life to eat I some of the best tables around the world and without a doubt in my mind this would be top 5.
If you're even anywhere remotely close to this place, do yourself a favor and stop by!

25/03/2024: Table booked from 6.30pm. I arrive 15 minutes late due to confusion and am told that the reserved table was no longer there. I came down from Modica for a sandwich and this is the result. Then you might as well not take a reservation given the small number of tables.
Terrible service.

11/03/2024: Ottima la scelta e la qualità delle pizze, tutte a lievitazione naturale - niente gonfiori strani dopo cena … - e piatti di pesce freschissimo. Dolci deliziosi . Carta dei vini adeguata.
05/02/2024: Grande capacità in cucina e piatti bellissimi e buonissimi dall’antipasto al dolce. Forse non indovinatissimo l’accostamento della pasta con purè di senapo e gamberi, perché questi ultimi erano sovrastati dall’amarognolo della verdura. Ma comunque complimenti allo chef per il coraggio di rischiare.
Un neo da sistemare il rumore. Io dividerei la zona pizzeria dal ristorante vero e proprio. Forse un po’ classista ma almeno offrire in sede di prenotazione l’alternativa fra zona tranquilla e quella più rumorosa, se proprio non si può fare un intervento strutturale .
