06/04/2024: for the first time this evening at Plinio's... the wait was amply rewarded. Excellent cuisine, good service, fair price and wise management of the restaurant by Plinio. The two of us ate an excellent seafood starter (5/6 hot and cold courses) of excellent workmanship and excellent quality, four second courses: sliced ​​calamari, a crazy sea bass in clam ragout, fried calamari and raw scampi, all washed down with a excellent müller turgau. To finish crumbled and an excellent chocolate cake. VERY GOOD EVENING....TO BE REPEATED...CONGRATULATIONS TO PLINIO AND HIS STAFF...

01/04/2024: Recommended by a family member, I went to try it. There are two rooms and I ate in the smallest one where there is an internal cave. The digital menu was not shown to us immediately and so we requested it. Snails appeared in the mixed hot-cold appetizer, but my guest and I didn't like them, so we would have liked to know beforehand so as not to waste them because we don't normally eat them. Starter still good, wine (Ribolla Gialla) also, pleasant first course, only flaw: a little sand left in the clams which evidently were not cleaned well because they crunched in the mouth when chewing and this was not very pleasant on the palate, but taste and good products. We had the table for just over 1 hour not having booked and finally the staff offered me a bitter that I didn't know and which I really appreciated: ratafià. When I returned home a few days later I bought it too :-) thanks anyway for the experience. If I come back, I'll book and I'd like to sit in the other room :-) cleaning of the clams needs improvement, but it may have been a coincidence.

17/03/2024: Fried spaghetti as a welcome cold, bland and chewy. The anxiolytic staff from the series I choose for you. Mixed starter, it wasn't the best. Baked sea bass, boned by a butcher, instead of fillet, pieces of fish ended up on the plate. Excessive for two, but when it comes to selling everything is allowed🤦 when they took over they didn't specify that they could feed a family. After 15 minutes I asked for the dessert menu, the disgusted waiter exclaimed: -don't you finish it? I counted to 100, calmly and with a smile I reiterated to bring the dessert menu. A young boy approached us, showed us the desserts, very polite and sweet, I asked him if the management had changed, years ago I was a regular customer and very satisfied after years I would say that Domus Hernica is no longer that of a time. I'm sorry but it wasn't a good experience, especially when paying you find yourself with unpleasant surprises.

10/03/2024: Per la prima volta partecipando ad un evento di famiglia ho finalmente mangiato vegano...ma vegano raffinato e curato nei dettagli e negli ingredienti! Piatti da rimanere incantati alla vista e al gusto...trovandomi in un posto noto per la cucina a base di pesce...vi lascio immaginare il mio stupore!!

29/01/2024: Dopo tanto tempo che desideravo provare questo locale, finalmente ho colto l'occasione. La location, molto bella, da un bel impatto iniziale. Il colore prevalente è il bianco, c'è molto verde, e la piscina rende l'atmosfera magnifica. Ho assaggiato della Frittura, buona e soprattutto molto buoni i bocconcini di baccalà. Poi ho preso il panino con il polipo e la nocciola, buono il condimento, però c'era troppo pane. Come dolce consiglio tantissimo la cheesecake mango e cocco, una bontà incredibile. 25/12/2023: Con mia moglie ci siamo concessi un pranzo in questo meraviglioso ristorante, per festeggiare un evento particolare. Il locale è raffinato, ampio e ben arredato oltretutto essendo periodo natalizio i decori erano spettacolari. Il personale cordiale, discreto e accogliente. Abbiamo trascorso 2 ore e mezzo degustando ottime pietanze di pesce bagnate da un ottimo Franciacorta consigliato dal cameriere. è stata una bellissima esperienza. Complimenti
