05/04/2024: I consider the Locanda degli Artisti, one of the best if not the only one ever located in San Felice Circeo (LT), to be able to be satisfied in everything.
The hospitality, professionalism and education of all their staff, together with the owners, prove to be an aspect of great excellence. Added to this are the masterpieces cooked with great attention, so much so that they are true masterpieces of art, in which each fish dish expresses a true pleasure both for the palate and for our health. The internal location and part of the external one located overlooking the vegetable garden guarantee perfect well-being.
This restaurant is suitable for all events, thanks to the qualities present in it, which I urge you to book well in advance in order to be able to benefit from what has been mentioned.
Enjoy your meal and heartfelt congratulations to all those who made this Signore Restaurant fantastic....

01/04/2024: A must-see in San Felice. Excellent first courses, second courses and desserts! In a predominantly fish restaurant we also ate an excellent steak. The "classic" dishes are much better than the new ones (not all of which are at the level of the classics). Delicious gluten-free pasta and desserts also available

07/04/2024: Local located right in the historic center of San Felice Circeo, with tables set in the historic square. There is also a characteristic internal room and an additional space at the back for outdoor dining with a sea view. Good service. However, the fish dishes should be reviewed, as they are not exactly up to par, also in relation to the prices.
01/01/2024: Sono andata col mio compagno ,perché passeggiando per il porto lui aveva notato i tavolini e aveva scommesso che ci saremmo trovati bene ...e così è stato il primo dell' anno siamo andati a pranzo ...pesce freschissimo,personale gentilissimo e persino il sorbetto al limone e stato eccellente 💓diventerà il nostro ristorante estivo e dei fine settimana invernali

27/02/2024: A member of the group doesn't eat fish and before booking the table he was asked if there was any meat. The answer was no problem....meat available. Hamburger weighing around 100g taken from some discount store..I got two... cooked clumsily burned then at least 30% discarded. Grilled vegetables as a side dish seemed to have come out of the freezer very cold. Cost of the burgers €8.00 each tot €16.00 inedible vegetables... I had a fried one, the only good thing was the browning, the hard inedible fish... The very cold vegetables the only welcome dish was the mussel sodue.. pasta dumplings with scampi cream. and my wife said they were good and two spaghetti with seafood and two tuna slices anyway 7 people total €170.. without wine, water, tea and two cans of coke... Judge if it's normal I definitely won't go there anymore it will be deleted... So much for the fishermen's cooperative.... eating poorly and paying a lot
11/11/2023: This review is as fresh as the fish we ate at your place at the beginning of last September. Mixed starter of freshly defrosted but still frozen fish, watered down and poorly made first courses. Discourtesy of the staff in giving unprofessional excuses and justifications. Absolutely avoid!

27/10/2023: Sicuramente buono ed economico, offre una parte come tavola calda self service e poi serve al tavolo pizza e fritti. Il locale è grazioso, unico difetto quando si arriva in cassa lo scontrino porta scritto solo il totale, non capisco perché e non si possono controllare eventuali errori, né sapere quanto si paga per le singole pietanze, a parte la pizza i cui prezzi sono scritti sul listino appeso al muro. Ecco, consiglierei di essere più trasparenti. Mi è capitato di pagare, in due e una bambina, quasi 40 euro con 5 fritti, un'acqua, un quarto di vino e una pizza da 12 euro. Per quanto non elevato il totale non mi quadra.
17/09/2023: Ottima soluzione per un pranzo o cena veloce. Prezzi nella norma, locale spazioso con posti estete un parcheggio. Personale disponibile

Il ristorante non si chiama più “Le Mura” ma “Le Crocette”

In attesa che un giorno TripAdvisor fornisca (finalmente) la votazione da 0 a 10 (che ritengo più giusta e corretta) io intanto mi avvantaggio!
Alla fine fatta la somma, diviso per tutte le categorie e poi per due, il risultato è:

Il menu è altalenante, si passa dalle alici del Cantabrico e piatti al caviale, a piatti molto più basici ma ben realizzati e dall’ottimo sapore.
Unica nota, dolci, il gazpacho di frutta di stagione con meringhe che in realtà è una macedonia.
LOCATION 6
Il panorama risolleva un ambiente un po’ troppo semplice e che risente un po’ il tempo che passa. Sicuramente meglio il fuori che il dentro. Di giorno, magari al tramonto dovrebbe essere uno spettacolo. Apparecchiatura semplice (forse troppo) e informale, per un locale dai prezzi, poco informali.
SERVIZIO 5
Abbastanza attento ma basito, con alcune imprecisioni. Anche qui, con un prezzo de genere, in attenzione maggiore al servizio non sarebbe male.
CONTO 6
Come già detto il prezzo dei piatti non è poco ma in definitiva giusto per quello che si mangia. Però ne il locale interno, ne il servizio, ne in menu lo giustificano.
In definitiva se vi trovate da queste parti, un posto che alla fine vale la pena di provare!
