18/12/2023: Domenica a pranzo ho organizzato un pranzo con amici di Taranto. I miei colleghi ed io siamo rimasti esterrefatti sia per il servizio ( i camerieri sono stati gentili ed impeccabili) che per l'alta dedizione e qualità nel preparare e presentazione delle portate. le portate di antipasto erano perfette. Il Pesce Super Fresco, il primo : cavatelli con gamberi rossi e pescatrice era eccezionale, l'arrosto di pesce sublime. Per non parlare della freschezza e il sapore crudo di pesce (ostriche - noci gambero rosso -scampi - cozze pelose - noci- cozze marinate - tagliatelle) ove ha confermato la qualità e freschezza. Durante il pranzo, noi tutti eravamo immersi nel mare con i suoi profumi. Ed infine il dolce era fantastico. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff.

14/12/2023: Ottima impressione, ristorante di pesce freschissimo direttamente sul mare. Frutti di mare crudi meravigliosi altrettanto i carpacci. Sublime il spaghettone al gambero rosso.

24/12/2023: Piacevole scoperta di questi ristorante a Bisceglie fronte mare Frutti di mare freschissimi. Primi di mare della tradizione pugliese cucinati con maestria e ottimi ingredienti. Carta dei vieni abbastanza ampia. Alta l'attenzione verso il cliente e la qualità. Prezzi nella norma per un ristorante a base di pesce (p.s non è una pizzeria). Consigliato!!!

13/12/2023: Antipasto non all'altezza delle aspettative (da piangere). primo piatto freddino e senza sapore, pesce nella norma e sic dolce. Prezzo stratosferico per il cibo ordinato. Prezzo esoso. S servizio accettabile

02/04/2024: Just returned from two days in the splendid Apulian setting. Alas, I find myself fully confirming the not very pleasant experience relating to the Salsello hotel. Let me start by saying that we are talking about a 4 star but perhaps it remained so in the 60s. Today it would perhaps be worth two, perhaps. Very very dated environments. Rooms with furniture that has truly remained stuck in the 70s. Sheets worn by time like the carpet in the various corridors of the hotel. Not to mention cleaning the carpets themselves or the chairs in the breakfast room. Truly unwatchable. See photo. I left with the feeling of a state of abandonment in all environments. The wall structure is in complete collapse as shown in the photos of many customers. Pay attention to safety. But it is possible that in such a position with an extraordinary sea facing the hotel there is not the slightest care for the luxury that this hotel should be. Sin. The breakfast was then reduced to a minimum with industrial products that have passed over time. Two nights are enough and more for a change of scenery. A real disappointment. Ps. Applause to the couple of neighbors for the night performance, worthy of applause🤣

29/02/2024: Old structure from the 80s, small, dated and not very clean rooms, excellent quality of food but mediocre service, especially due to the waiting times at the restaurant. Good location in front of the sea and 15/20 minutes walk from the center of Bisceglie.
